Great family business with excellent customer service and attention to detail. They turned our project around in a timely matter and the results were exactly what we were looking for. We will use them again and highly recommend them.

This is a fantastic place to get your marketing necessities. We opened a small business recently and ordered a banner and a set of car magnets. They were easy to work with and quick on getting the order filled. We appreciate their hard work and wonderful customer service! We will definitely be back for more!!! Thanks guys

I have worked with Cassel Promotions through my place of employment for eight years, and they come through time after time. The nature of our business requires us to need last second installation and art approval, and the team at Cassel always gets the job done, often under tight deadlines. Their customer service is excellent, and the quality of the finished product is unlike anything else that we have been able to find. We're lucky to have a first-class business like this in Spokane!

Sorry, I'm not a customer. I was harassed by a cop as I was just riding a scooter through the corner there. The cop was already there arresting another guy (Probably homeless) I was just in a bad mood again I'm sorry, I get what it must be like to have them sleeping there and leaving trash. I'll change it to 5 or delete the review. Sorry.

Be very cautious of working with Cassel. My business partner and I ordered a few things things from them and had a pleasant experience, so I was hoping that we were going to find a new home for business needs.

There was a miss print on our trial sign that we did, and the color was off a touch as well, so we wanted to make sure we had everything perfect from the beginning, as reordering afterwards is very easy. After some back and forth, they decided to credit us for the miss print (which was required, as it was missing something that from a legal standpoint made it non usable, and the proof we signed off on had what we needed, so it was just a mistake.)

Fast forward a few weeks of my business partner going in a few times to ensure that the coloring was where we wanted it, and some design work, to signing off on the next sign.

The next day we get a call from the owner who tells us that he does not want to work with us anymore as we are too 'needy' and are taking too much time. Trying to talk to him about wanting to make sure things are set up appropriately turned into extreme aggressiveness from him. At that point, it is totally fine that they dont want to work with us, as they obviously do not hold themselves to a high quality and customer service standard, which would make them a poor partner for us anyways.

When asked about the credit though on our account (that I had paid for) I was informed that I would not be getting it refunded, and that I was lucky I wasn't billed for the time that their (new) employee had put in. I said that wasn't fair, as it was a legitimate mistake on their end, not ours, at which point he got extremely aggressive with me, and it was time to part ways.

I hate to review a local business so poorly, but the service, product, and behaviors are unbecoming of any business. The inability to not immediately escalate and find a happy median is also unacceptable.

I ordered 2 decals on July 26. I received an order...

I ordered 2 decals on July 26. I received an order confirmation that day and immediately approved the proof for immediate processing. This was for an item I needed by Aug 1-2. This morning (July 31) I emailed to ask for a copy of my shipping confirmation. I was told that there was an issue with the card information I provided and the customer service representative was just informed of it this morning - meaning the order had not yet been started. To receive the item overnight (and get it when it was originally supposed to arrive), it would now cost me an additional $50 (and that was with them waiving a rush fee.) Mercedes checked with a supervisor twice and finally came back telling me they were choosing to not waive the shipping charge. I will not be ordering from this company again for any of my businesses. Very disappointed in the level of customer service I received on the first order.

Have worked with these folks for over 20 years and have nothing but great things to say about their service and products they manufacture and sell. They work with some of the largest companies and some of the smallest locally and nationally and are well known. Thanks Cassel Promotions and Signs!
