Update 9-15-20 After my post and due to the lack of communication because of Covid 19, my warranty issue has been taken care of in a timely no cost manner. Thank you for looking into my problem and sending me a replacement.

Called for a warranty issue, my door window frame warped, this door is older and it has a lifetime warranty on its window frame. The lady I spoke to said
I needed to contacts the store where I purchased it, this I did and they did not sell this type of door currently and they couldn't help me. After a few back and forth she said she would send me the replacement, now its been about 4 or 5 weeks and I am still waiting. At the moment I feel like she just wanted to get me off the phone and forget about her word that she will take care of it. Would be glad to furnish pictures and my window sticker with the Lifetime warranty on it.
