Service zero and very unfriendly. A short-term check of the brake fluid and oil level was not possible. After buying the car, absolute service wastage. The next car will definitely not be bought here.

Bad, incapable, lean conversation just shrugging shoulders.
I wanted to have a new key made for my aging Scenic, I had to find it twice to learn, once 2 hours and the second time almost 4 hours waiting at the cat table in between after two hours, I asked and didn't find it started and had to listen to snappy answers. After almost four hours, the master came and explained that teaching does not work and the beard of the key does not fit anyway, cruel and unable to do bad manners

Unfortunately, a lot has changed. My car should be ready after an hour. After waiting almost three hours, I asked and the answer was that it should be ready soon. There was no explanation why it took so long and then no apology. I also got no answer to my farewell. It was disappointing today.

Thank you for the quick help. We got a replacement car uncomplicated. Fast repair. Very friendly and competent master. Can we only recommend.

After buying a car - service desert

We bought a Dacia in this dealership in January 2020. Unfortunately after a short time we noticed clattering driving noises on one side of the vehicle and complained about it. After a test drive by a workshop employee, the defect was not recognized and we were informed that the rattling was normal driving noise. We asked the dealership in writing to remedy the defect. This request has so far been bravely ignored.

Customer satisfaction looks different for us.

Absolutely not recommended. At oral workshop offers is not rudimentary. A simple cable damage was supposed to be repaired for around 30 euros in the end it was threefold. Without further demand. I can only recommend everything in writing. Even with inspection offer request by mail, I got only a lump sum in response. Not even a list of the works are planned was there.
