After buying a car - service desert

We bought a Dacia in this dealership in January 2020. Unfortunately after a short time we noticed clattering driving noises on one side of the vehicle and complained about it. After a test drive by a workshop employee, the defect was not recognized and we were informed that the rattling was normal driving noise. We asked the dealership in writing to remedy the defect. This request has so far been bravely ignored.
