What a fantastic experience all the way around! This was the first I was ever able to purchase new furniture so it was very daunting at first. However, prices were fantastic, Gail was amazing in helping us find exactly what we wanted and delivery guys were kind and careful, PLUS a concern I had come up the day after delivery was handled effectively and efficiently.
I will absolutely recommend Odells to family and friends over and over again! Thank you for great help all the way around!

When I went to Odells furniture for a living room sofa I found what seemed to be the perfect set of leather recliners was approached by a salesman that gave me a speal that the rsofa recliner I was sitting in was the last one and gave me a price I liked so financed it and they were to deliver that week. When I received the living room set I saw it was worn and not the ones I had seen at Odells. When I went back to Odells the set I was looking at was still on the sales floor so I told the salesman I wanted my correct living room set delivered and the incorrect one removed as insurance I wrote my name on the underside of the back of the recliner. I did get my living room set and I have been happy with it. That was around 10 yrs ago and I am now thinking of getting a new set but will I go to Odells?

Awesome sales staff. Very knowledgeable about their products. Great price on American made furniture. Would definitely go back for any other furniture needs.

Make your own decisions about this place I have never had an issue with them they are quick with their deliveries and installation's plus you are treated with respect I cannot speak for you but I can say they are amazingly cheap prices for the quality you get and if you have a problem you can call them to get it fixed

I browse other stores, but always end up making my final purchase at O'Dells. It's where I bought my very first couch, and the experience has just kept me coming back. I always get a good deal, and the staff is super helpful but never bothersome. I'm free to walk the floor without pressure from a salesperson desperate to make the sale. Fair prices, clean, great selection, complimentary water, awesome employees, locally owned, and more. Love this place. Hands down my favorite furniture store. I couldn't come up with a negative if I tried

Fairly quick in and out, very good salesman,approx. My age, which is about 3days older than dirt. Told him what I was looking for,he showed me, I said yes, paid for it, will be delivered shortly. Excellent salesman Mr. David Crafts. Five Stars ain't enough.

Great staff! The furniture is is good quality and good priced. My husband and I are young and all the other places we went to we were ignored, but at Odell's we were treated great. Totally going back to buy us some lazyboys when my paycheck comes in!

Great customer service, just from my experience with looking around. We didn't end up purchasing anything, but they did have a large selection. I don't like that to have any colors but the colors of couches on the floor you have to pay extra. In my experience with other furniture stores, you just have to wait longer if you want a different color.. not pay more too.

It's the best furniture store in town. Their sales are good, and their clearance prices are even better.

We had a sectional for less than a year and our two-year-old broke the arm and they fixed it for free! Great place to buy a couch!

I came into the store with my girlfriend sometime ago and was not please with Derek the salesman. He constantly was hitting on my girlfriend. She all the sudden was upset and we left the store. She told me on the ride home to prevent more of a scene. I hope that the management at Odells will make sure this does not happen again. I will not be coming back but hopefully future customers do not have to deal with this kind of harassment.

They seemed like they were in a rush to get us out of the store because it was 6:50 pm and they close at 7. So we ended up going to another furniture store where we got what we needed.

If your looking for any type of furniture this is the place the be. The staff are all so nice and amazing and truly care that you get everything that you need or want at a great price . This is also a very clean environment that smells great plus complimentary waters. I definitely will not be going anywhere elese for furniture thanks you so much Odell's furniture great prices great staff.
