Great customer service, just from my experience with looking around. We didn't end up purchasing anything, but they did have a large selection. I don't like that to have any colors but the colors of couches on the floor you have to pay extra. In my experience with other furniture stores, you just have to wait longer if you want a different color.. not pay more too.
