Have a wide variety of quality furnitures at competition/ better prices and discounts compared to its peers. Delivery was also faster than its peers.

The place is a long Mombasa road near Falcon opposite sameer business park it's very simple to miss it since they don't have proper signage. They have a decent collection of furniture

Good furniture and deals when on offer but management and by extension staff handling of customers is very poor. One of the directors had the temerity to lecture me because I complained about an item that was five days late in delivery. Very shameful. He told me I should have used the word "please" in making my request for delivery. I have no words. Last weekend, I met another customer complaining bitterly at their Mombasa Road store to the point of crying when staff handled her callously. Unacceptable in this day and age. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Would seriously reconsider ever shopping there again.

Their customer care over the phone is wanting and yet not every customer is from Nairobi. Efforts to get a conversation going and pictures of what they had sent due to their website being outdated became an uphill task. Please assign some else to your whatsapp number!

Not a lot of variety in colors and patterns. Accent chairs are lacking.

Went house shopping and were amazed by the quality and discounts on furniture at Odds and Ends.We especially loved the Swahili decor they had on display,with authentic wood work from Lamu and the coastal region.

Definitely the best overall in Nairobi in terms of value for money.

The lovely attendant,Anandi Solanai,was very professional & showed us round.She answered all our queries and catered to our specifications.
Eventually we purchased the furniture & got it delivered & set up...free of charge!

Best place to shop for all kinds of home/office furniture. We went to several furniture stores and Odds and Ends exceeded our expectation. Excellent quality of products with the best customer service, Will never go elsewhere for furniture.

A fantastic place for up-end furniture at a very competitive price. The place is strategically located along mombasa road just before the turn to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).

The dining table's great, but the customer service element is poor. It took 45 minutes to process the payment, and the table arrived scratched and with three noticeable chips on the top edge. When I called to notify the shop, the response was, "it's going to get scratched anyway." Now, waiting on day 6 for the damn chair cushions to show up, and I'm told they "MIGHT deliver them." Really? I already paid for them!! Deliver the damn cushions, already. And once you do, I'm never coming back. Greed, laziness, and piss poor service...that's Odds & Ends.
