Good furniture and deals when on offer but management and by extension staff handling of customers is very poor. One of the directors had the temerity to lecture me because I complained about an item that was five days late in delivery. Very shameful. He told me I should have used the word "please" in making my request for delivery. I have no words. Last weekend, I met another customer complaining bitterly at their Mombasa Road store to the point of crying when staff handled her callously. Unacceptable in this day and age. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Would seriously reconsider ever shopping there again.
