The dining table's great, but the customer service element is poor. It took 45 minutes to process the payment, and the table arrived scratched and with three noticeable chips on the top edge. When I called to notify the shop, the response was, "it's going to get scratched anyway." Now, waiting on day 6 for the damn chair cushions to show up, and I'm told they "MIGHT deliver them." Really? I already paid for them!! Deliver the damn cushions, already. And once you do, I'm never coming back. Greed, laziness, and piss poor service...that's Odds & Ends.
