The best construction company in the hole central Florida

Never used them for construction, never will, last week I was driving on the 417n in orlando, and truck #905, ran me off the road, he was merging on ,I moved over and he continued to come in my lane, I was honking my horn, he had his window down, and he still continued into my lane, I was force to go into the medium, after I got back on the road, I caught up to him and he flicked me the finger!!! It wasn't my fault, maybe he was drinking, if your drivers are that careless and deaf, I would never trust them to work on any of my properties !

Based on there driving alone i wouldn't hire these people

There was another review with the same problem... the company wrote back that they would consider And be sensitive to his review and 6 months later things have just gotten worse. I have tried calling to address this issues and it goes straight to mailbox at every extensions and it seems like everyone s mailboxes are full.

Park LEGALLY and be considered to people that live in the community you are building. Stop blocking streets and have a supervisor asking workers to respect the community rules as well.

Worst company for professionalism. At 7am trying to get to work, I had to have them move their semi truck from in front of my drive way on the illegal park of the street. They block the road due to laziness and park illegally congestion my small city street. At lunch break they literally sit in the street blaring music and looking like slobs. When I contacted Ian with the company I was given a statement on how i don't understand brick laying. I don't it's true but it has nothing to do with behaving like a professional. They are rude and dangerous. I've had to call the police on them numerous times for infractions. Bad business stay away

Almost a year later and continuing problems. I have a foreman who parks in front of my house and sits in his car all day. When I ask for the construction crew to turn the blaring music off he hurls insilults and tries to instigate a fight. The police have had to come to my residence to control the illegal parking and noise disturbance. If they have to have machines with beeping loud enough to hear a block away for safety, I don t think it s safer to drown it all out with dance tracks. It certainly isn t helping get the job done. They have been working for almost 2 years on the plot and aren t half done with a few town houses. It s seems to me the wood work is taking a lot of environmental punishment and I wouldn t want to live in a spot they re building the foundation to.
The company writes they are trying to help online but I get a text threatening to call the police for harassment by Ian. He gave me his number to let him know when something is wrong but an hour after I get off the phone with him the problem is right back. So if I call again it s a crime? Meanwhile police have had to come out for them several times for their infractions and they bluff me to try to scare me silent? I know I sound disgruntled here but waking up to them across the street for almost 2 years of beeping, having to find someone to move a truck so I can get to the daycare or work, and disgusting behavior like changing clothes in the street directly across my front door. I get no help from the management and it is a stress to have to monitor them myself. On top of this the foreman is a jerk.
Please do your best to avoid the business and avoid them on the road if possible. Rude and unpleasant business.

Ian threatened me with calling the police again, because I asked for his men not to smoke in front of my house. They take their shirts off and sit in the street (literally) and make trash with 7-11 food and wrappers. I don t know how they could even be in business from what I ve seen.

One of this company's drivers forced me into the median making me slam on my brakes because they didn't know how to make a left turn with a trailer obviously they need more training driving with a trailer I've seen semis make the same turn and never leave their lane

Worst company you can hire the supervisors especially have no clue on what they are doing. They give you a hard time to pay if you work for them. They are very unprofessional allowing workers to drink beers all day while working and have no organization on the job site because again the supervisors are completely lost there they are definitely not trained at all. Just a bad company to have working on your house.

Had an altercation with a driver of the company on the road today. But, the owner of the company, Ian, was absolutely outstanding and kind to rectify the situation. I have never used them for construction, but, the management is at least too quality.
