Dishonest advertising, purposely incompetent tech support, use photographers to boost their network without regard for the photographers' specialties. Do not allow photographers to edit their own profiles if there is a mistake. Spam photographers with photo shoots that are not their specialty (which if you are a client of this company is something to be aware of as well as they are not sending you specialists). I regret signing up and after 30+ emails they are still spamming me, will not take me off their platform and will not correct the inaccurate information they've posted about my business and specialties. Terrible experience and company.
