Got ignored for 35 minuts then lady opens glass after talking to her friend inside yes

Only one positive about this company - the lady that I worked with (Tara). She was friendly and helpful during the ordering process.

I purchased over 5 thousand sq ft of pavers with nearly 100 ft double driveway. We have had close to 10% of the pavers begin to crumble and fall apart since install two months ago. I called Flagstone and they blamed it on my installer by stating the installer should not have put down the 'bad' pavers. I can tell you that I was on site the entire time and the installed pavers were good at the time of install. However, within a few weeks after driving on them and after several rain showers, the pavers started to fall apart. Flagstone says that they are 'dry pockets' which is when the cement did not mix thoroughly and now they will fall apart. Ok Flagstone, we agree that you sent me bad pavers, but now what am I supposed to do? I spent $20K on a driveway, I've used up my pallet of spare pavers on repairs and I still need another pallet or so to keep making replacements. I've already spent $800 on my paver installer coming out to replaced damaged material. Flagstone is now telling me that they 'may send' me a cube but will not cover freight or labor. I've been waiting for 2 months for the replacements and still nothing. I have not had such a poor experience with a local manufacturer in all of my life. I love to write positive reviews and support local business but this company has no concept of good business practice, good service, warranty support or products in general. Extremely frustrated to have this mess on my hands. You've been warned. - Steve

The pavers that we saw outside their building was OK I thought they would have more of a variety as they are a manufacturer. No one came out of the building to help us decide what we actually wanted. They just pointed to the area to go to and look around.

Our pool company uses this company. Our pool has been held up 6+ weeks over the deadline because of this place. The pavers have now come in, but they delivered the WRONG PAVERS! We ll be lucky if we get our pool completed before the summer s over. Construction for the pool began 12/10/20. Note to pool companies: DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

Worst customer service experience

My name is Leo and my company is Best Pavers of Brevard, I tried many times to open an account with flagstone. When I finally had someone to answer they transferred me to a sales person where he just told me he would call me back and never did. I called again and the lady told me to hold on then hung up. I called back several times and each time she would tell me to hold on and then would come back on the phone and when I tried explaining again what I needed she would ask me to hold on again and would just hang up. I have never had this experience with any other companies and being a company I deal with a lot of manufactures and never had a problem opening an account with any of them. Very disappointed to say the least.

Wow, the employees here are very well trained, very polite and courteous. Very clean , and they get you in and out fast.
