My husband was working for this company for 3yrs but due to lack of supervision & mis-communication with the supervisor at the grand Hyatt site he was told to resign,he resigned in the month of sept,but they didn't release the sept month salary+bonus & PF.when asked the supervisor he said to contact the company,went to the OCS office(Thane),thrice but the staff delivered wrong information.& It's very irritating every time v go or try to contact v get incorrect information.i understand that for full&final cheque it takes 45days after submitting the resignation,but it's 2mnths now we haven't got any update.please try to give Ur employees correct information.N also the staff from the grandhyat site takes ID proofs to update on the EPFO site by dey don't update because of which we face problems later & they don't inform also.from past 10days we are trying to loggin the UAN ID bt because of the servor issue we are wasting lot of time.can v fill offline PF forms & submit at the PF office.????
