My son came in for pain and required an emergency surgery. The doctors and staff were very helpful to us and made sure that we all understood what was going on. The facility was clean. The surgery went well and we were well informed of what to expect for recovery
Most HORRIBLE experience EVER!!! August 26-28-2021. Second floor staff not only sent an elderly man home undiagnosed and jaundiced but failed to see to his needs for eight hours. No lunch , no dinner and no drink. They would not answer the call button to assist him to the bathroom and left him to finally use the bathroom on himself. All they could do was apologize. This is the second time dealing with this kind of treatment with an elderly person. For the record ,no he was not senile and has all his senses about him. We will never use this pitiful excuse for a hospital again. Allan Forsythe s family. What a way to treat a war veteran!!!
My wife had a baby there via c-section. It was a great experience. We were very pleased with all of the friendly and helpful staff. We had no real complications and are home now safe and sound. Everything was clean and professional.
I cut my finger tonight and had to go to the ER. The wait was crazy, but every single staff member I talked to was beyond amazing. The doctor I had was the nicest dr I ve ever had, and was joking with me and was very comforting, the nurse was again super friendly, the woman that came in to do my blood pressure and walk me to the room, amazing. Even the person that initially checked me in was great! Tonight was rough, but the staff made it better! THANK YALL!
The amount of times I was told I was faking it when I had a seizure, both from the nurses and the ambulance riders was absolutely atrocious. Even after I told them about my diagnosis from a different hospital.
I had my tonsillectomy yesterday (September 29th 2021).The staff were very nice and helpful. I also felt very comfortable because the nurses, doctor, and the anesthesiologist talked to me about everything before proceeding. This was also my first surgery, great experience Thanks!!
HORRIBLE experience. My 2-year daughter had a 103 temp and had not been seen by anyone in 3 hours. I left due to the lack of urgency and care. It s disgusting. I would NOT recommend.
