Most HORRIBLE experience EVER!!! August 26-28-2021. Second floor staff not only sent an elderly man home undiagnosed and jaundiced but failed to see to his needs for eight hours. No lunch , no dinner and no drink. They would not answer the call button to assist him to the bathroom and left him to finally use the bathroom on himself. All they could do was apologize. This is the second time dealing with this kind of treatment with an elderly person. For the record ,no he was not senile and has all his senses about him. We will never use this pitiful excuse for a hospital again. Allan Forsythe s family. What a way to treat a war veteran!!!
