Best yoga studio in Asheville, and I have tried almost all of them!

This yoga space is small and intimate, just like how I like it. Great variety of classes/times. Teachers are down to earth, professional, and bring great gifts to guide you in your asana practice. I am lucky to live nearby this gem.

Awesome new Yoga Studio in Asheville. This place is beautiful with many studio rooms, clean changing rooms and bathrooms, and all the essentials for a great yoga experience. The teacher I worked with was very friendly and warm. I look forward to participating in more classes in the future.

The studio is so calm and peaceful, not to mention beautiful!! The have GREAT instructors and a ton of different options for classes. The owner is amazing and so supportive! It s an amazing place to go to relax, stretch out, and become more one with yourself! 100% would recommend this place if you live in or are visiting the Asheville area!

I have been going to Inspired Change Yoga for two and a half years and it is an incredibly enjoyable experience! The owner puts her heart and soul into this studio and the result is a studio that offers peaceful (and/or powerful) yoga classes. The instructors make their students feel special and no matter the student's level of experience, all are made to feel welcome. Thank you, Carrie and all the instructors, for creating such a happy place to practice yoga!

When I first moved here to Asheville, I tried every studio in the area. Inspired Change Yoga proved to be a huge step above the rest. Not only was it super clean, which is a big factor for me when I choose a studio to practice in, but I was made to feel welcome by all the instructors. Not being just another body on the mat evokes a beautiful community between students and instructors. I love this community Carrie has grown here at Inspired Change Yoga.

We were just driving through Asheville but they offered free yoga after the election stress! Could not have been a better time :D Class was great, staff was awesome and the atmosphere was exactly what we needed! Great place

We had our 3 year old's b-day party there and it was the best experience! The teacher, Emily, was INCREDIBLE with this age group. It was super fun! The space is great. The owner was very attentive. Everything was perfect!

My daughter and I took a class today with Jacob. It was exactly what we were looking for, peaceful, challenging and perfect pace.
