I've purchased tech equipment from OceanTech for years. Probably over 50 orders. Fair prices, fast shipping and excellent customer service. Happy to be a repeat customer of OceanTech.

I needed some longer 3.5mm cables for my modular system. As I was browsing through listings on Ebay, I stumbled across a posting from OceanTech. Shipping included, I was able to order a box of 100 6' cables for $25.84. That's under 26 cents per cable! They appear to be working great and I doubt that I will need to order any 6' cables for years to come. Great experience! Great price! Shipped FAST! I will gladly consider them for future purchases and heartily recommend them to anyone interested!

It looked like a bargain and it IS!. Order and delivery was as expected. It took a few minutes of using the BIOS and internet investigation, to realize the machine exceeded my expectations. After installing a couple versions of Linux and Windows, I could not be more pleased with the value.

These folks are GREAT! I have purchased from them several times, and I always receive the product I ordered, at a good deal, and SUPERB Shipping. They don't stuff your product into a baggie, and send it out by donkey. They are professionals. I check with Ocean Tech FIRST, to see if they have what I want, and then I browse through their items and find more things of interest.

Everything is great, unless you have a problem. The first order I placed did not have issues. However, the second order I had to replace the hard drive to get the PC they sent to boot. There were also some issues with the power supply voltage. I requested a return Saturday on eBay and was told no problem by Kim. All I had to do was follow the steps on eBay and she would send a label. I did not hear back from Kim, instead I received an email from eBay that OceanTech escalated the case and the refund was denied. This all happened within a span of 10 minutes. They told eBay the computer was not in the same condition they sent it in. This is surprising since they have not sent a label, so they have not received the pc back yet. Apparently they are well versed in the ability to see the future. Maybe next time they should actually take back the customers return before they claim it is not in the same condition.

Luckily these were just test orders as I was considering using OceanTech to order cost-effective computers for local clients. So much for using a local business.
