Ocean Waters Hotels and Resorts Review

The staff is amazing!! Everyone is very nice. Room service was quick and not terribly expensive for the area. The view was amazing and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. It was very clean and smelled great! Hand sanitizer available. I can't wait to return.

Iconic, beautiful hundred year old hotel. The staff was polite and well trained. Ocean view rooms provide a beautiful view. Restaurants were reasonably priced. We had a wedding there and the venue was beautiful. The location was like a time travel to the 80s, pool and beach were beautiful and we had alot of fun. Two of the three elevators were working,and there was a bit of a humidity issue in our room on the 3rd floor, but we stayed because we loved the view from there.

It is a nice property. It is older but well-maintained. The rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed in a sweet seaside room. We enjoyed the space and the balconies. It had a kitchen nice living area and a comfortable king bed. The lobby is adorned with marble 18 inch tile with hardwood accents and wainscoting and crown molding throughout. Beautiful layout and spacious. The beach of course is beautiful. The swimming area that includes the private Swimming pool, basketball court and other attractions is very nice. We paid $152 plus tax and $20 resort fee for a room with no notice. I thought that was a reasonable rate for what we received.

Everything here was great as a welcome reprieve after early check-outs from 2 other hotels in the area. It was like a breath of fresh air. Ahhh, finally!! GREAT, beautiful hotel and staff!!! We will be staying here again if we're in the area.

Stayed here this past weekend. Check in and check out process is very unorganized. Staff is not very helpful or friendly. We constantly had to wait 10+ minutes to get an available elevator. Could not use the stairs as our room was on the 8th floor and I have 3 kids and an infant to carry. Our ocean front studio was nice. Surprised to walk in the room to a full size fridge, microwave and flat top stove. Definitely a plus when staying with 3 kids and baby. Ice machines were all broken and restaurant would not give me ice for our cooler. ALSO when checking out the valet wrecked our car! When we asked the valet driver what happened he claimed it was already there and our vehicle is old so why should we care! Yes I do drive a 2004 Durango but NO the damage was not already there! Chuck, the head of security, assured us someone will be in touch the next business day. I am still trying to get someone on the phone to assist me with the claims process. Communication is awful! We paid $700+ to stay for 2 nights. The least they can do is help us fix the vehicle or at least ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Very disappointed in how our weekend ended. Will never stay here again. Also considering calling the local news channel and/or an attorney to help us get assistance with the vehicle damage.

We had a great experience here after red tide in Sarasota threatened our vacation we called the staff here and they told us no red tide we have rooms so we drove here had a great time thankyou! Hope to be back soon!

I really enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly.

I stayed at the hotel recently for three nights. The staff was awesome, very helpful. The rooms were very clean. My biggest concern with the hotel was the air quality. This is very important to me since I have asthma and respiratory issues. The rooms I stayed in were moldy and smelled musty. I said rooms because I was moved from my first room because of mold issues. They moved me right away and they were very understanding; however, my second room was not better. There was no visible evidence of mold but you could smell it in the air. My concern is that mold is very harmful to anyone. Why rent rooms that have that awful smell and humidity issue as a company. I ll only stay in this hotel again if they totally get rid of the mold by using a professional company. The smells is not only in my rooms but also throughout the hotel. Well shorter story I m going back home with three days of constant asthma and a respiratory infection. I m glad I came alone for a conference and did not bring my baby with me.

Quit the place. Centrally located and the room is posh. I will definitely be staying here again.
