Stayed here this past weekend. Check in and check out process is very unorganized. Staff is not very helpful or friendly. We constantly had to wait 10+ minutes to get an available elevator. Could not use the stairs as our room was on the 8th floor and I have 3 kids and an infant to carry. Our ocean front studio was nice. Surprised to walk in the room to a full size fridge, microwave and flat top stove. Definitely a plus when staying with 3 kids and baby. Ice machines were all broken and restaurant would not give me ice for our cooler. ALSO when checking out the valet wrecked our car! When we asked the valet driver what happened he claimed it was already there and our vehicle is old so why should we care! Yes I do drive a 2004 Durango but NO the damage was not already there! Chuck, the head of security, assured us someone will be in touch the next business day. I am still trying to get someone on the phone to assist me with the claims process. Communication is awful! We paid $700+ to stay for 2 nights. The least they can do is help us fix the vehicle or at least ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Very disappointed in how our weekend ended. Will never stay here again. Also considering calling the local news channel and/or an attorney to help us get assistance with the vehicle damage.
