Best gym (especially pool) in Galway. Warm friendly service.

Very clean, great sized pool for laps, friendly staff

My problem is also with Lisa the lady who organises the swimming lessons,do not believe a word that she tells you.

Great looking gym area and pool. No free trial available for prospective users! Hmmm

The ginger lady Lisa who s the manager is a disgrace to the hotel and clearly not cut out to be the manager. She obviously has her own problems going on that she s taking out on customers. All I asked was a simple question regarding swim lessons for my son and got an extremely arrogant and rude response. Pity it s such a nice facility.

This clubs biggest problem is Lisa (manager).My husband and I joined another gym and I know of neumerous employees and members have left this establishment solely because of Lisa.How a lady of her status got a managers job is beyond me,sly as they come.

Top class facilities both for serious gym bunnies and leisure enthusiasts. Two great pools. Fabulous jacuzzi,steam and sauna area. Excellent gym. Staff always efficient,pleasant and helpful. Top class all round

Great pool. Hydrotherapy pool is very warm so its great for kids.

For the girls should half the price as they are very few, many retirees come to the pool, the location is superb.

Great gym and swimming pools. I love going here. You can have a good work out first and then a swim and jacuzzi. Pools are warm . Staff are so helpful and every one of them are nice .They can't do enough for you.

Excellent all round fitness facility with Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Good size 25m pool for main swimming and a separate pool for the kids. I've not used any of the other fitness gear but all looks modern and clean. Only complaint would be that the main pool temperature varies day to day.

By a long way the most expensive gym in Galway. No corporate membership available for SAP employees.

Will not be returning due to vey rude and unprofessional manager lisa. However the place is clean and the,rest of the staff were nice and polite.

Stayed here friday and Saturday night, excellent service from all departments, breakfast was lovely, reception staff so friendly, gym and pool was excellent. well done guys I will be back for sure. im so sorry your industry is going through such hard times with covid but I felt more safe here then I would in most places.. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!!

I ve been a member for a few years. Really good facilities: pool, free weights and gym. Most of all really great classes and instructors.

It is very nice but way to expensive for what they offer.

I have been a member for 2 years, very good facilities and most of the staff are great. However, had a very big problem with the lady in charge, Lisa. The first year my membership was paused as I was out at sea fishing and resumed it when I returned which I appreciated them doing. When it came time to renew my membership, I explained to Lisa that there was no point in renewing it as I was leaving to Dublin for college and wouldn't be able to use it but she reassured me that I could pause it again and to get the year membership, 495 (very expensive), but when September came and I requested my membership to be paused she told me it couldn't be done and I was left with my membership wasting away. It recently expired, I used maybe 3months worth (for 495), I wasn't even offered an extra month and was told I couldn't go back in until my membership is renewed. Great gym but more expensive than others around. Most of staff very friendly but don't trust any promises Lisa makes to try swindle money out of you. Would be 4/5 stars, but I think its a disgraceful way to treat a customer.

very well run gym with great classes, you need to book classes early as they get booked out fast

Restrictions on the punching bag . You can't no longer kick it . For 7 y there was no problem of using the bag any way you please to suits you need of training but now I was told I can't kick it if I do I'll be kick out from the gym.

Been to several gyms over the years in Galwaythis is the best overall in my opinion

Long time member of this club - it is the best in Galway without question. Clean with outstanding facilities and staff.
