Hello everybody, Grill only after 6 weeks after repair back. I have not had a positive experience with the company. But again from the beginning. I bought a barbecue that did not work after a short time. I gave in at obi, Obi said I should myself with the manufacturer. Report, which was out of the question for me, since I bought the grill in the Obi company and nixh on Amazon, where I have to do it myself. Even a replacement grill did not materialize after demand, so I wait until my grill was repaired that lasted more than 6 weeks. During the season, the barbecue season is over. And when picking up the grill and also before no understanding for the customer. Selection good - unfortunately already at half past eight in the morning partly bad mood staff, where you as the customer feel like you are only disturbing. The lady at the information desk greeted me, but then she calmly filled out her form and completely ignored me and other customers. A "please wait, just come" would have worked quite differently here. After all, a co-worker who happened to walk by could answer my question after a few minutes and even had a friendly smile ready.

Were in the building materials department because of a tin roof. Before 7:20 p.m. we were in the department at the information desk for advice.
At first we were ignored.
Only one employee is currently here for advice. We would have to wait.
At 7.40 p.m. the employee came on the forklift, they are now closing and we have to go. That was the advice Thank you!
Thanks for the wrongly bought / missing material due to lack of advice.

If it were not for the huge choice of products, the staff is not up to the products on sale, absolutely amateurs put at the disposal of customers and ineffective in the help service.

We are already waiting for 3 weeks for a throttle cable from a brush cutter of the Lux Tools brand.
Order was given visually in Waldshut at the counter. After a week we inquired, since it said the order had not been forwarded.
Today on April 5, we were told it could take up to 8 weeks.

Last time I was served very unfriendly, if you can even call that serving. We needed something from the building materials hall, where we were ignored at the checkout. And when we asked where the stones we had ordered were, the staff just pointed a finger at the forklift where there were hundreds of stones. Hello? Do I look like Hulk? There were four of them standing around and nobody cared! When I asked if someone would drive out the forklift, the answer was even annoyed and I was told that I don't have to drive the car in front of the gate. Thanks, I can read !! It was really an imposition!

I was there on a Saturday afternoon three weeks ago. Apparently it only needs a mask at the entrance to the Securitas ... afterwards customers walk around without a mask and grins.
Cutting service cannot be used if the edge length is 100x100 ... the poor employee doesn't even have a circular saw to cut a post in half. Ergo, drove 20 km for free.

I called the hardware store and got advice on the phone whether the high-pressure cleaner that you can borrow there is able to clean marble slabs. I was told very clearly that this work could be easily removed with this device. So on Friday around 3:30 pm I borrowed this device for a day. On the same day, after 3 hours of work on the plates, I noticed that the device couldn't get the plates clean. I called OBI and complained about my case, whereupon I got the answer. I should take photos and bring the device and photos over to them the next morning. Since I couldn't be there at 8 a.m. myself because I had to take care of my daughter, I was actually only at the OBI at 12:30 p.m. It was about an amount of just under 30. I was told that you do not want to literally * fool yourself * from the customer and that it can just as well be that I got everything clean and could now claim it (attached photo 2 days later)
After an intensive conversation, we had to go as a customer who wanted to * kidnap * a hardware store.
Such a situation is absolutely not acceptable to deal with a customer in this way today!

You can search for a long time yourself ... or ask a seller for help = I was promptly, politely and competently advised, be it on seals ..... screws or laminate floors. Instead of complaining about rude sellers, maybe grab your own nose ....... (annoys me when a conversation starts without a good day or something like that .....)

Mostly unfriendly employees. Complicated processes. Assortment ok. Delivery fees for online shop are incurred. I received wrong item first, although my order was correct. No apology on the spot. Possible difficulties in terms of customs clearance and sales tax wanted to deport me.

I go there more often because it is the only hardware store in the area. Selection is quite neat. The advice is usually friendly and competent. Also yesterday and today in the sanitary department, where a knowledgeable advisor helps quickly. Cash desk in the building materials department was very friendly.

Feedback:
Employees only know about their own department; if you have any questions, you can continue searching alone, as the range of shops can sometimes be found in strange places.
POS system underground. Every time you pull out the phone if you don't know what to do and try to find a colleague who is looking for the goods or who happens to know the price and number.

In June we ordered all the material for a terrace construction here and had it delivered.
Everything went very well, from the professional advice to the handling and communication.
For that 5 points!

Now there were 4 pallets to hand in, for which I paid a deposit.
The return of the Euro pallets is clarified by email with the division management ... in the warehouse at the warehouse cashier, pick up the note and pick up the money at the head office.
I asked again on site ... and then dragged in the pallets.
I gave the information at the information desk and gave the customer number and the transaction number ... they referred me 3 meters further to the cash register ... after a long wait in line, the lady wanted the receipt ... I then: I have the bill ... was a big order .... yes, but she needs the receipt ... me again ... I have the invoice ... if this had not been paid, I would not have received the goods ... then she said I would get the certificate at the info ... heavy breathe ... then me: I won't do that. She sent me here ... we can continue the game until 6 p.m., but it doesn't work ... I showed her that there was a process number for pallet return on her wall ..... she ignored it and got it Have "Uli" signed .... on a handwritten note ..... at the central cash desk then the confusion about this note ..... after a little back and forth there was the money.
For this only one mercy point.
It's a shame that the initial euphoria was thwarted so drastically.
What remains is unfortunately only average, and I don't drive 40 km for that ... I have that even worse with the big T, but at least it is on site.
