Selection good - unfortunately already at half past eight in the morning partly bad mood staff, where you as the customer feel like you are only disturbing. The lady at the information desk greeted me, but then she calmly filled out her form and completely ignored me and other customers. A "please wait, just come" would have worked quite differently here. After all, a co-worker who happened to walk by could answer my question after a few minutes and even had a friendly smile ready.
