Elegant, safe and very comfortable. Oakwood residence has service apartments that are perfect a family getaway - Pune being an apt choice. Located in a quiet yet very central part of town with easy access to all that a traveller may want to do - have places to go to within easy reach (including work place), grab bites of local cuisine and visit spots that ignite individual interest. The meandering road just outside the hotel is perfect for walks and you're bound to be greeted by early morning chirping birds instead of the honking of vehicles. Only pray that this stays as is despite Pune being on fast track infrastructural growth.

Nice Rooms and tasty food. Staff is courteous and helpful. Special mention of Shivam at the restaurant. A very cheerful and warm person, would always greet you with a smile.

Awesome place for relaxation.. Helpful staff and delicious food.. Clean and fresh environment.. All the facilities are provided in the room including kitchen.. So that makes for a really excellent place to spend quality time

Convenient location. Reasonable rates. Excellent service. Squeaky clean. Chef Rahul is ever ready to go an extra mile. Imtiyaz and Abhijit of front desk are very helpful and efficient. Safe environment. Fabulous for a long stay.
A wider choice for small bites in the menus would be welcome.

Nice room, good service, good breakfast especially for vegitarian. Overall clean but prefer newer towels.

Staying in Oakwood Pune currently on a 4 month contract.
Not worth the price paid...already regret it.

Very poor service standards for a so called global brand.
1. The main door lock has had issues for last 4 days and no permanent resolution so far
2. Cleaning service is so bad that I had to complain about used towels being stacked up as fresh towel by house keeping
3. Housekeeping loves to say sorry and not resolve the issue ever
4. There is even water supply problem...if you stay on higher floor the water stops after 11 am
5....and if you are an Indian....be ready for some differential treatment...the sole focus is to please foreigners staying...rest of us are mostly invisible

It is good place for a family to stay as all can stay in one place instead of diff rooms but has many minor service issues

The hotel follows a service apartment type of model and is tastefully designed. The location of the hotel is quiet and serene as well.
However, their tariffs are a close match to the premium luxury segment of hotels such as the Tajs, Hyatts etc. However this hotel didn't seem to belong in the same category as those do, this I didn't quite understand the thought process or strategy about their price structure.

It just doesn't seem to make financial sense from a client's pov to spend 7-8 grand for a night at a service apartment when I could spend the same or even lesser at a Novotel or Taj and even enjoy a larger offering of amenities.

I came in with my boss and his wife and daughter.
We specifically booked this hotel as they had contemproary kitchens and it literally felt like being in our own house.
The daughter appeared for her 12th standard exams while beinghere for almost a week.

Excellent people at the rsception making you feel comfortable and overall good hotel in excellent location.

I would put this place up high on my list .. fantastic rooms, spacious, thoughtful, clean, everything is available, great service. The staff at the reception especially Ms Aishwarya is extremely helpful.

Awesome hotel/Residence. You can cook and Enjoy your stay. Best part is there morning breakfast. So much too eat and so the taste is.

It's my favourite home away from home. One of the best service apartments/hotel in town, I absolutely loved the fully furnished contemporary kitchen, and the balcony attached with the spacious well decorated room; the view from the balcony is an icing on the cake, depending on your room location of course. Every detail has been well thought out with utmost care. I would love to visit again.

The hotel infrastructure is one old but good enough however overall experience is horrible. Starting from front desk to room service to restaurant to maintenance, everybody give no damn to the guest. Each request must be repeated at least 3 times before hotel become compliant not with promise that they will remain compliant even the next day.

Restaurant food quality is mediocre and service is worst. Average waiting for food after order is anything between 20-30 mins or never before you end up canceling the order due to enormous delay.

Even the normal room and bathroom supplies are not refilled in time, often only after repeated reminders.

I stayed 14 days (could not end it early due to no refund policy) which I could describe one of the worst hotel experience.

Overall, great ambience; professional and courteous staff.

Super accommodation ,living experience like king size bed room and ll facilities like GYM, gaming , swimming pool etc are there, only food quality is compromised.

It's located just at the edge of Koregaon Park area. The rooms are fully serviced appartments of one and two BHK. They are cleaned regularly and give a nice homely feel. The staff is very helpful and works 24 hours. It has a 24hr gym, dining and room service.

Nice cozy hotel, very comfortable expensive, the breakfast had a good spread, but food was just okay, Idli Sambar, Sambar was sweet, dissatisfied and disappointing on the food front

One of the best places to stay in Pune, especially if you're a foreigner and not used to Indian style.

An excellent option I d say better than the normal commercial hotel room. Beautiful appartment feel with all the amenities of a fully functional kitchen plus room service. Very clean and hygienic and really friendly and helpful staff. Don t have to think twice you will love your stay here.

I am small and calm down. There is also a welcome drink service. There is Wi-Fi spot for hotel guests and it is quite fast. The food is delicious and there are many Japanese users.

Great location in central business district. Room sizes are very generous as its actually a 1BHK flat complete with a working kitchen. Car parking can be a challenge though as no space available on the porch or on the road. But they have well appointed fitness centre / gym and swimming-pool too. Restaurant is small but offers good choice and wide spread in breakfast, where you get personalized attention and quick service.

Good rooms with amenities but limited food options. Even special dishes didn't taste great.

We stayed here during our Pune Visit. Staff is very courteous. Rooms are spacious and has well equipped kitchen. Restaurant food quality is best and we ordered anniversary cake which was super yummy. They do have Kids Play Area which really helped as we were travelling with our 2 years old son.

Cleansiness and comfort is extremely satisfactory and the staff are very polite and professional. All and all one of the best hotels/properties I have ever stayed in.

One BHK or 2 BHK both are excellent , Much preferred for a family long stays , Great food , decent in room cooking options available...

The rooms are good with kitchen. The staff it's good and always prompt on service. The Chef Partha is really good and enjoying good here. The bathroom could be improved.
