Oakwood Premier Pune Review

Stayed there for 3 days while attending a training session. Great place, staff is pretty warm and welcoming, well-kept, rooms are lovely. The swimming is nice. The only thing that could improve here would be the salt in food. It's very less but all in all a great place to stay.

I visited this place to pick up my friends. I came to know this is really very good place to stay and close to station,airport , Koregaon park,Camp.People here are nice

Liked the breakfast serving staff, but i think bakery section needs to improve as they have foreign visitors.

This is one on the best hotels in the city...i lived here for almost 7 days and had an awesome experience.
Breakfast buffet is worth trying.

Spacious rooms with hall and fully equipped kitchen, I like interiors and design of kitchen.

The rooms are spacious. The service is amaizing. The breakfast Was healthy however not many options too choose from. The staff is friendly. And the most good part they allow pets.

Very poor housekeeping and maintenance. No hot water in shower in spite of complaint, next day again it was cold! Air conditioning wasn't good. Room had a weird odor. Food in the cafe was so-so. Unnecessarily extra salt and spices in each dish.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, huge living room and very comfortable bedrooms/washroom.

It's like a 5 star property.
Everything you need was in place. Good location....great food and service.

Best option for long staying guests as they have palatial rooms which are far bigger than all other five star Hotels. They provide home like facilities along with all the Hotel comforts. Multilingual staff is helpful and well trained. 24 by 7 restaurants offers homelike Indian food (without smelly beef & pork)

I stayed in oakwood residency Naylor Road for 15 days, the accommodation is quite good, food is multi cusine and tasty an of 3.5/5 rating, service is professional and good. Overall it has all the facilities of a service apartment like playzone for kids, swimming pool, billiards, playstation, fussball, chess, live Kitchen, and service is also good. I was happy with oakwood.

Well equipped rooms and good service. Breakfast offering was very limited though.

Beautiful clean fully top end furnishings with excellent room services ideal for family.

It's quite good, especially when you just want a couple of days stay when you're traveling on work

Horrible experience. Room was very dusty. Had to call them twice to clean the balcony.
Kids play area was extremely dirty. Probably not cleaned from last few months.
The property is old and not well maintained.
Badly needs a renovation.
We trusted Oakwood brandname but it was totally disappointing.

The rooms are clean and spacious. Equipped with kitchenette. Staff is professional and courteous. And yes the breakfast spread is awesome too.

We had a fabulous experience, right from the beginning . The place/ room we stayed was ecstatically beautiful and interiors were well done, to the food we ate, to their service delivered during our stay was just perfect. Certainly, this place is great value for money. Would recommend anyone...

Fairly decent place, rooms are well appointed though could be better maintained.

Where Oakwood Residence excels is in terms of service, from front desk to room service and housekeeping. Staff are dedicated, hardworking and polite.

Given, that I visited the property being 9 months pregnant and having a small dog with me, the staff were extremely courteous and accommodating of my requests and condition.

Everthing was well and perfectly arranged, nice and very well educated staff... U will feel royal experience here... Food was superb with huge variety in veg and non veg..... Just go for it trust me

I can give this place a 7* if I am given the opportunity.. a wonderful place.. very warm and cozy atmosphere.. they have taken care of every small need an appartment wants.. moreover there is excellent facilities like gym play room and kids room. The manager came during breakfast (which again was very nicely spread) to take feedback. This is the new way of living as we get common areas like living room to enjoy and relax !!

The balcony room is nice, but for the price the amenities arent available. Property is small with the balconies opening up to a commercial building, with people having a full view inside the room. Buffet isnt up to the mark either

Room cleaning by Mr. Bhaskar is very nice and perfect. Thanks to him, we spend the stay in India very comfortably. Thank you Mr. Bhaskar

Huge beautiful rooms (ergonomically designed) that give you home like experience, with comfort of a 3 to 4 Star Hotel. Fully furnished apartment rooms have all that you'd need - from an electric stove, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker to rice cooker, shared Laundromat + dryer on each floor and utensils. Business Hotels won't be able to provide such home like feeling to Indians, especially with their tiny dingy rooms and bland food.

We preferred an East facing room for more sunshine though traffic noise increases during rush hours.

We continued staying here inspite of the water leakage problem they had for over 3 weeks because of their brilliant staff - F&B Manager Rajiv Pande and Housekeeping Boy, Subash... Because FOOD & HYGIENE are most important things for any LONG-STAYING GUEST.

A bit of friendly feedback to the GM also helped in adjusting things around - from getting dusty carpet & curtains changed to giving us a heads-up before starting noisy repairs or water issues.

Pool & gym are OK - clean, managed & never over occupied.

All butlers in the Coffee Shop are well groomed too and their Bong Chef would usually be able to provide food customized to your needs. He started using LESS RED & GREEN CHILLIES the moment I requested him. Rajiv & team also made us a lovely cake for our anniversary. Thanks guys.

The double room are amazing and are very clean. Best fact it is pet friendly , therefore I had a great weekend with my cat.

Spacious and amazing rooms, very satisfactory service and peaceful ambience.Have seperate kitchen for each room,well maintained swimming pool,badminton court, games room.

Good as a service apartment and located in a nice neighborhood

The 2 BHK apartments are very spacious. Liked the game room at the hotel too. The locality itself is quiet and green. The staff at the hotel are very polite. Recommended property for a long stay.

It was good experience staying for 3 weeks, had good food. Breakfast was awesome and dinner was kind of okay okay. They are very honest and kind, I leave all my stuff in the room open, housekeeping come do their job leave my stuff untouched.

Good place but Need to provide some comfortable sleeping area/dorm for our driver when sleeping overnight. Else will have to avoid staying here the next time
