The hotel infrastructure is one old but good enough however overall experience is horrible. Starting from front desk to room service to restaurant to maintenance, everybody give no damn to the guest. Each request must be repeated at least 3 times before hotel become compliant not with promise that they will remain compliant even the next day.

Restaurant food quality is mediocre and service is worst. Average waiting for food after order is anything between 20-30 mins or never before you end up canceling the order due to enormous delay.

Even the normal room and bathroom supplies are not refilled in time, often only after repeated reminders.

I stayed 14 days (could not end it early due to no refund policy) which I could describe one of the worst hotel experience.
