Had a great time and experience with the football fans. The stadium is very out dated. Finding seating is not as clear as other stadium. Food was great.

Even with the Security check installed, it doesn't take long to get in. If the A's could do better, then your experience here would be even better. Great food to chose from plus a great assortment of beverages.
Enjoy this relic while you can, in a few years it may not exist..
We love coming to the Coliseum! You can either drive or easily just take the BART, since there is a station specifically for the Coliseum.
Theres technically 2 stadiums, the baseball Coliseum and the Arena. They are directly next to each other in the same parking lot(s).
At the baseball games we like to sit in the 103/203 sections behind 1st base. Obviously these arent behind the dugout boxes, but you get a really good clear view of the entire game and all bases.
Section 103 will be mostly shady, even during the day games where as 203 is above and theres not waning or seating above you so the sun is hitting you.
Home of the RRRRRAAAAAAIIIIIDDDEEERRRRRSSSSSS!!!!! What more needs to be said.
Not much to say for this place. Its just amazing to see the stop where they play football (same field for baseball) would seem smaller than other fields but apparently is the usual size... The only down fall when it rains there's certain spots in the seats that aren't even and puddles are built quicker, who's afraid of getting a little wet?
One of my favorite places to be when I'm not working. #rootedinoakland #raidernation
It's a great place to tailgate, but the lack of restrooms dampers the situation.
The hype and expectations of this being one of the worst major league ball parks in the country is definitely real. It definitely comes off as a football stadium retrofitted for baseball in the worst way. It feels dated the concrete is old and greasy, and a lot of the views are great, walking around the hallways to get concessions also feels very dated as they are skinny and closed. This is not a great ball park to go to but if you are a baseball fan it s obviously something you should check off as it s one of the few remaining stadiums from the 70s.
Ive been coming here for years. This stadium is outdated, has crappy food, and I question the health standard. It is hard to visit this place
Stadium is so outdated! So many fights in the parking lot that we should have just stayed out there to watch them all! Security that is hired are kids that really could care less what's going on around them, dancing, and smoking, just not paying attention to their surroundings. Glad I didn't have any young children with me because it is definitely not the place for them to be!
Going to hate to see the Raiders go but I love the Colosseum regardless...
I always enjoy going to this coliseum, wether we have regular seats or more expensive box seats with buffet included.
We love this place. Great for tailgating and whatever is playing. Go A's
Always amazing to watch my Raiders play, was hoping for a win. Great people make it happen, thank you Raider Nation!
Nothing beats a good game ..go A s and some awesome food
Attended my first game here in quite a while and all I can say is the A's need a new stadium and they need it sooner rather than later. The Coliseum is fifty years old and it's age is definitely showing. The ambiance and the smells left much to be desired. There was a concert going on next door and it was $40 to park in a dirt lot the other side of I-880. I don't think that I'll be going to another A's game until they get a new stadium built.
Really great fans, great environment, and a great game.
It's showing its age, but it's a clean please to watch baseball. Food is consistent and the tarps are down. Can't ask for more.
Loving the upgrades! Enjoy the improvements and knowing they will stay!
My girls and myself had a great experience. We enjoyed every single second of it. The staff that day we're very helpful and friendly.
Great stadium. It is of course outdoors so block up. If you are there for a football game, be cautious about rocking jerseys other then Raiders. If you are gonna, then roll deep or they will give you grief the whole time. Had a good time there though, I really like the venue.
The Oakland Athletics need a new Ballpark. The stadium is outdated. It is too crowded to walk around during the game in the walkways. They need a better food selection. This ball park is rated the worst or second worst in the major leagues when the major league ball parks are reviewed by different newspapers and magazines.
It was great while it lasted, thanks for the memories RAIDER NATION
I am an Authentic Oakland A s Fan that comes here to root root root for ma team, Oakland A s!!!!!! That s all there is to this.
Nice ballpark. Complimentary sunscreen and stroller check. Easy to get to by BART.
The Oakland A's game was a great time. Parking services were busy but quick and we were on our way. We purchased game day tickets so ticket services were helpful. We went to both areas for tickets. The first agent redirected us to go to the next area of ticket sales so that we would get our discount for being season ticket holders. Guest services were friendly when they asked for our tickets. Food service was nice & friendly when they took our orders for brick oven pizza and beer. Every member we came into contact was personable. The Coliseum was clean as always. The game was exciting and fun! The 50th fireworks celebration afterwards was spectacular. They saved the best show of the year for their last show. We had a great experience from start to finish. Thank you!
A lot of food options. Great place to take kids on A's firework night
The stadium needs serious repair, improvement or replacement. The food is affordable and there's a peanut free section if you have allergies. Very family friendly. I prefer the vibe of att park and the environment there, but As games can be fun and more chill.
Sensational to watch the game there. The fans cheer a lot for the team. Easy to eat, drink and get to the place.
Nice environment , didn't have to deal with any drunk fans. A stadium you could take your kids too and not have to worry about what they'd be exposed to. Went after work with 6 co-workers to see the A's play Kansas City Royals. Everyone had a great time and we all had snacks - churros and peanuts were good and not too expensive.
An ages facility that has a shortage of men's bathrooms. Staff friendly, but we were only there for the soon to be departed RAIDERS..
Older stadium, nice employees! Had a good time catching a Stros game, while we were both in town!
First level show. To not miss an Athletic game when visiting the city.
I love the old school, broke down, ancient Colesium
Even if went to was Monster Jam. I went with my girlfriend and we had a great time. Easy to find your seats. Food is way overpriced but that's how it is for events like these.
It was my first time ever attending a baseball game, and I enjoyed it to the maximum. Everything is available there, the place is awesome highly organized and highly secured, the information desk has maps that you can use or take pictures of. All security maintainance people are friendly and helpful, so don't worry about anything and just enjoy the game
Winning team and empty stadium? Something is wrong. Everyone on the staff is so friendly. Go A's!!!
What a good time great for all ages lots of different things to do and enjoy
Great day at the ballpark. Even better when Dallas Braden signs your SI...
Off the worst freeway, 880, but easy to get to. High priced water $5. But hey, they gotcha.
Beautiful. What a good time. Fans are super rowdy at the playoffs. I loved it.
Game with great food is great beer is great atmosphere was great
Part of our bucket list is to visit baseball stadiums. We enjoyed the beautifully lay out of the stadium by including the water front. The stadium staff was very courteous. Was towards the end of the season game and not in the hunt for any titles but there was so much positive energy from the team and it's fans. Will return to see a game on my next trip to the Bay area!
Old stadium, bathrooms were dirty but what do you expect at an old stadium.. staff was nice, good atmosphere
Raiders !!!!
Everyone at the coliseum are nice and friendly and the Fans Rock !!
Been going here for the last ten years to see the Raiders. Love it.
A's game. Tailgated in north parking lot. Big crowd, plenty of portable toilets. Good time. Tickets were cheap but it costs $30 to park, which seems pretty steep.
Bibek and Rick gave me excellent service and great deal !! Thank you
The coliseum is the coliseum, a giant concrete stadium. The best thing about it is the easy access to BART. Prices for food are cheaper than anything in SF and seats are decent.
