This place is great! Kevin Klein Live, on live 105.3 FM radio! Check it out, 6-10 am M-F
Love going to A's games, always have a great time. Food options are pretty vast now and constantly improving, same with beer options and prices, and there are tons of bathrooms once you figure the place out.
Also, the parking lot off Hegenberger is a zillion times easier to get in/out of than the one off 66th St. Plan accordingly.
Been going since 1988. Great memories and some bad losses. But will always stay faithful. Bathrooms need to be renovated. Clean out south lot from old equipment and extra seating
I'd love to give this place 5 stars but it is so old and the seats are so uncomfortable, esp when my Honey reached over to hug me and my arm got pinched on the metal frame, ouch! Otherwise, it is clean, extremely convenient to BART and it's always great to see The Warriors play!
All that yelling and screaming, how are supposed to get any sleep.
Raiders! I always have fun here and there are never any problems for the most part. Security can be over barring sometimes.
Went to an A's game for my wife's cousin's birthday & had a great time tailgating. It's a nice stadium.
Excellent, fun, atmosphere. Feels good inside plus fireworks.
Basing this on Oakland Athletics games: new food truck service has helped but this is a painfully outdated venue with no stand out reason to visit other than how much you enjoy A's baseball.
It's the home of my Oakland Raiders!! Yes, it's old.... Yes it's outdated... But it's history to the Raiders franchise. It will always be a happy place for me and my family
Had a great time at a great game. The best hot dogs.
Huge, neat, clean, open , good restrooms, next to train station. Only reason I'm giving 4 star instead of 5 they didn't inform that they will be closing the bridge/gate at the end of the baseball game Which is walking distance to Amtrak station. We missed our train because instead of walking 200ft. We had to take a bus go around and walk. Coliseum is responsible for not informing about closing the bridge (due to fireworks) that connects to train station.
Great spot to watch the A's. Building looks like WW2 bunker though!
People complain about the Colosseum a lot. And it is old. But I have to say that I love the atmosphere. Great crowds, so much better than the pretentious stadium across the bay. Go A's!
It's an awesome place. Fun, friendly, easy to park and exit. 30 dollar parking was a little much, but worth all the fun.
Had a wonderful time. Enjoyed everything about it! That said, go Chieeeefs!!
Small overcrowded crummy teams, why would anyone go here?
A run down stadium, but functional. Typical to other stadiums, food was very pricey.
Great atmosphere. Moderate prices for a sports venues and great helpful staff
LET'S GO OAKLAND!!!
Bring CASH!!! Tip your vendors!!
The design of this stadium is very claustrophobic. It caves inwards at the middle. $40 ticket for poor seats + $35 parking makes this a no go.
Great place to tailgate and family friendly. As a kid growing up always was a fave place to watch A's games and The Raaaiiiders, also good concert venue...
Home of the Oakland Athletics! A very nice ballpark, where the Athletics have won four World Championships (1972, 1973, 1974 and 1989).
Walk off homer in the bottom of the ninth for an A's victory, on Independence Day, doesn't get too much better than that!!!
The atmosphere and the in game activities keep u engaged so that part was fun but some staff members were horrible and the trip tip was awfully hard other than that fun but won't go back waste of good empty seats
it was okay before mount Davis was installed now it is among the worst ballparks
Enjoying the Oakland Athletics game against the Houston Astros. They invited me and for extra surprise, I'm wearing my commemorative shirt 100 years after Jackie Robinson was born ... all the players wearing the # 42 camisole.
40$ to park . Out dated facility.almost bent a rim or blew a tire on the untaken care of roads in a not so safe looking area leaving the event.
Old worn out stinky but charming in an odd way so much history
We love our Coliseum. Beer lines can be long . Some old bathrooms . The fun in the sun is worth it by far . Go A s , Raiders . Great friendly fans .
It's a shame fly from Philly...see why they need a new stadium
Too big. Not fan friendly and concession lines way too long
Left-handed people need to check bad drivers and drunk people leaving the stadium
Nostalgic dump is what it is. Gets the job done. Great place to watch the best team in the majors play baseball. Championship Plaza was a genius addition.
Great stadium, with huge parking lot, well located. Security and services very well prepared. Lack of good food options inside.
Needs to be updated or demolish and replaced. Seating is to uncomfortable to sit in, you can't see the whole field of play, stadium is just to old.
First time here in 15 years. It took 25 minutes to get through bag check. They're slower than TSA. The concessions staff were purposely rude to visiting team fans.
Had a jolopinio popper bandit that stole from us and ran
This was a good game although I'm not a fan but I did a charter run for this game got in free with the group I took here. Good game tho the place was nice
Compared to the stadium in Japan, as well as the major stadium in the big city, security is doubtful. Anything there is a scary ambience a little.
But, if there is nothing wrong, it is fun ordinarily.
They are trying so hard to improve this place but it's still the same old baseball stadium trying to be a football stadium trying to be a baseball stadium. As long as you have a stadium like PacBell across the Bay, this stadium will always be second rate! Convenience give it 3 stars; bringing it back to a baseball stadium 4 stars; A's winning again 5 Stars and who cares how bad the stadium is, I'd still come watch my team #LetsGoOakland
GS Warriors 47 seasons at Oracle celebration! Last game of the 2018 - 2019 season before the Playoffs!
Attended on a high-attendance Friday evening, watching the Giants visit the A's with post-game fireworks. The concourse behind the lower deck was continuously crowded with people seeking all varieties of food, drink, and paraphernalia. Compared to the 1970's when I first attended, the old beast is showing its age in many ways. And the original drawbacks are magnified--reminiscent of Candlestick Park across the bay (only a few years older, and now demolished). First and foremost, the Athletics play in the ONLY remaining baseball/football shared stadium. The upper decks and even the original luxury boxes seem to be miles away from the players on the field. The organ music and the antique bulb-based message boards are gone, but the audio system annoyingly blasts random sounds all through the game. One can only hope the region's prosperity can help bring a new ballpark to downtown Oakland.
The coliseum itself is ok. The seats are what you can expect at an outdoor venue. The suites are nice and they accommodated us with good food (chicken strips, salad, popcorn, chips, beer, soda, and water). But the garlic fries are the best.
A friend aptly described the aesthetic of this place as "prison-chic" But the A's won, so 5-stars
