O1 Communications Review

I have VOIP services through O1 Communications. I have been thrilled with the service, support, sales, provisioning etc. Every single person that I have had the opportunity to interact with has been wonderful. The couple of occasions that I have called support, an English speaking person answered within 2 rings! These folks have earned my loyalty!

Robo calls that do not concern me. My number is on the Do Not call list and what they are doing is illegal.

Receiving almost continuous robo-calls from numbers this company controls. (831-221 NXX)

Harassing using abuse language. These guys should be jailed.

Good telecommunications and VOIP services. Some robocall numbers use their services but that isn't their fault obviously.

Called my home at 6:33 a.m. and hung up when we answered. Grrrrrr

What we need to do is build a big telephone wall, and have India and Mexico pay for that wall. When Indians and Mexican telemarketers call Americans, and these aren't telemarketers by the way, they are telephone terrorists they are not sending there best, or their brightest. They are sending people with problems, lots and lots of problems, They are funding terrorism, they are funding fraud, and some I assume are good people. But we need to build a telephone wall, and Congress needs to build the telephone wall. Everyone needs to start jamming up Congresses phone numbers and demand them build a telephone wall. We need to continuously call the FCC and demand they build this telephone wall!!!

these people called me, of course I do not answer phone numbers I do not recognize they left me a voicemail saying they were the federal government ! How do I report this phone number ?? That is so illegal !

Currently this company is allowing Hindu Gift Card Scammers from India use their service. I would not trust this company because of it.

These people are the worst people in the world. They are looking for a way to scam you out of any many they can get.

Was called from this number. I asked what it was about and the caller could barely speak clearly and when I couldn't understand him he got frustrated and called me a derogatory name and hung up.

We have submitted multiple DoNotCall registry complaints against this company (total of 6 to date), yet the calls keep coming. Even the FTC isn't able to stop them. **DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK**.

This company is the definition of cancer. It rents telecom services to scammers and advertisers who use it illegally to telemarket. The State of California is in the process of filing a class action lawsuit against this shameful company. Hopefully the owners of this company will be in jail or at least bankrupt within a year or two.

I received my new phone number and have registered it on the do not call list and i still get these calls. If i block their number they just call with a new one.I finally gave up tonight and answered the phone. i gave them hell and hung up. Next time I am using an air horn.P.S. it is illegal to call a number that is on the do not call list here in Canada and also illegal to call after 8 pm. It was 9 pm. Please I dare ya. Call again!

I am receiving repeated scam/sales calls from numbers which trace back to this company. My number is on the FTC's do not call list, and therefore these sales calls are illegal. This company is likely knowingly enabling criminals to harass you over the phone. Do not to business with them.

Bottom feeders and harrassers. Rude, they use any underhanded tactics they have to get results.

We got tcp app to keep track of scam calls & you can get paid upwards of $1,500 per call keep track of what they're doing so that way you can get paid

This company calls and calls and never leaves a message. They are a scam as far as I am concerned.

They call in violation of the Do not call list. I have reported the call to the FTC.

I would give them a zero star rating if i could. They spam/robo call your cell phone threatening in an automated voice that they are serving legal papers on you at your workplace. scare tactics at 8am and its nonsense, ie, doesnt apply to the person answering! my phone is on the Registry but they devise a way to illegally call.
