Took my range rover in to have a fault diagnosed. After 2 weeks of nothing happening I phoned to see how he was getting on. The man on the phone swore at me, called me a liar and told me to take the car away. Needless to say I can't recommend this business. Cost me money to have the vehicle removed from his premises. Absolute shambles of a place..

Did there LPG conversion 4 years ago. Have problems till now. Was huge mistake. Other specialists said that was installed the cheapest possible system but were charged above average. At beginning tried to come back to same place to get fixed problems but nothing was done anyways- just not good place for LPG - avoid.

Turned up for lpg service booked over a week ago. Bob denied i had booked in. Seemed to imply i was lying. Unable to do the work today and would not offer any other date, did not want to do the work anytime in the future. 100 mile round trip wasted as well as turning down work myself to attend today. Bob seems like a decent hard working , if overworked, guy. Organisation and customer care are perhaps a weakness. So i have to look at a planned holiday in my motorhome in a poorly running motorhome.
