I have been living with my family for the past 12 years and paying the management fees without fail and the service is absolutely useless. They never fix anything. They reply with the generic email that everything must be an emergency. Common area waste refusal is being used by the whole area who have private bins. Commercial vehicles been parked inside the estate with no repercussions whatsoever. And I agree with the reviews given down below about giving a zero star. I would rather give -5 if I could. They impose themselves into your personal space without any warning or notice. If you would like to speak to the estate manager they are always on a break or a meeting. They never contact you back. If you need something to be done contacting the solicitor is the only way forward. Unfortunately it's the last resort.
My tenant is leaving because of anti-social behaviour in an estate managed by ODREM. They did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation

False Advertising & Misleading. The Properties they advertise never exist or they have already rented out. They collect new information from New Customers. They are in Breach of Data Protection. There should be an option for 0 Star. DON'T TRUST THEM. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES. Rude & UN-Helpful

I am a serious customer and interested in a property. Contacted by email but no response. Called and spoken to Liam but he said I cannot speak to Janet. I have asked for call back today but he said earliest someone can call is in 5 days. Are you Seriously doing business???
You guys have got a potential customer who wants to leave a deposit on a property but no one is serious to do business. I belong to a Business oriented Family and I work for a Multinational Automobile Industry but no one bother to assist and willing to help. EXTREMELY UN-HELPFULL & NON PROFESSIONAL APPROACH OF BUSINESS.

Avoid like the plague. 2 weeks with an elevator broken in a 6 floor building. Over the phone they will tell whatever lie they can to end the call quickly. "The elevator guy is due today, or they are missing a piece". But they won't give a solution, and nobody in the whole office has authority to do anything else than taking notes of your message. Do not pay a cent to this company if you expect any type of service in return.
