Extremely Bad Customer Service Experience
I am a serious customer and interested in a property. Contacted by email but no response. Called and spoken to Liam but he said I cannot speak to Janet. I have asked for call back today but he said earliest someone can call is in 5 days. Are you Seriously doing business???
You guys have got a potential customer who wants to leave a deposit on a property but no one is serious to do business. I belong to a Business oriented Family and I work for a Multinational Automobile Industry but no one bother to assist and willing to help. EXTREMELY UN-HELPFULL & NON PROFESSIONAL APPROACH OF BUSINESS.
If you can't assist, please Shut this Business :(
