O'dell engineering Review

Sent my rifle here for warranty repairs. 10 months of emailing and non stop harrassing I finally got my rifle back. To bad the "armorer" installed the muzzle brake upside down with the gas ports facing the ground, which would actually increase muzzle rise and cause dirt to be kicked up if you shot prone. When I emailed them about it I got a sarcastic response talking about how I must be an expert and if I want to change the index I can do it myself as there is a crush washer. True it won't be hard to fix, but it shouldn't have been hard to get it right in the first place...

The people complaining about the warranty repair is true. They are terrible you are lucky if you get your parts back if you send them in. I have been on hold for my stuff for half a year now. I also confirmed that the 5 start comments below are enmployies that were told to leave a good review.

They were able to help me out by finding parts for a brand they don't even carry anymore. Service here rocks!

They ignore warranty claims and have even blocked my number. When I call I get transferred three times by machine with there being three different ring tones each time and then it disconnects.

Called these guys on Friday and within a day had my replacement part delivered for free under my warranty. Really satisfied with their service A++

Funny thing is we do know how a muzzle brake is supposed to work because unlike just building these rifles in a shop, he is on a swat team and I am an Afghanistan veteran. We both definitely know how it should work . These guys are obviously dummies.

Had sent a shotgun back which wouldn't cycle correctly. They tested and said it was fine; received it back and experienced exact same cycling issues with multiple shell types and brands, with multiple different shooters. Reached back out and they won't respond. Just frustrated and confused by this group more than anything. The gun is defective, how they qualified it as OK is beyond me, did they even shoot it?
