Morale is sooo bad actually to be honest one of the worst places I've worked at the way members of the management treat some of there staff is disgraceful. For example if a recruited employee from another agency damages the product going into the containers the person who works for NZL gets the warning which is unjustified as they can't see every single product going into the containers. I'm unbiased as I don't work for NZL. But Mount Maunganui branch I'm not impressed by what I've seen. Your employees are your business it's simple.
