Don't buy a Ryan home and expect them to stand behind their product. Ryan will go above and beyond to get you in the house, and then neglect you.
Before my year was up, I filed a warranty claim for a leaking roof/window in my morning room, and several fit and finish construction defects which were called out during the 30 day walkthough and never fixed. After 3 months, I still cannot get someone from Ryan to call me back to address these issues.
I've also been here 15 months and my driveway still has not been topcoated, but other folks who purchased after me have already received their topcoats.
