Called today. All the equipment installed by NVPools a few years ago fell apart. Customer service today said that someone can look at it today but not fix it until next week. When I asked if they could come sooner, response: "No. Then call someone else!" and he hung up on me.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!
I highly recommend this company. Whether it s a residential or commercial pool, NVPools has the personnel and knowledge to keep your pool functioning at the highest level.
I would give a 0 if I could. They signed a contract with our community 2 months ago. They came and worked for one day. Then bailed on us and told us they weren't coming back. They said they bit off more than they could chew and had too many other pools to get ready for the season. I would think very hard about using these folks. We were impressed and understood they were the "cream of the crop" and I have never had a contractor just bail in the middle of a job and not complete it.
We've had our pool for over 7 years now. We've been searching for a good reliable company to open/close and service our pool since then. This past year NV pools was recommended to us after 6 previous years of companies that would never show, or never respond...I can't believe it took me this long to find them! They come every week, on time, with a smile and very polite. If I have any questions, they are answered almost immediately by Mike, the operations manager. I have emailed late at night, and on the weekends...each time I have received a response within a few hours. I cannot thank them enough. It has definitely made my summer stress free and we have been able to enjoy our pool and backyard! Thank you NV Pools! You have some awesome employees!
Very Disappointing.... While looking for a pool company that would build our in-ground pool, they were the first company that actually came out to discuss our project, but that's where it ends, after explaining what we wanted, and a review of the yard, the company Rep, left and after several weeks and numerous attempts to get a quote, we finally gave up and gave our business to another company. Very Disappointing at best. Truly a Buyer Beware Company. Thanks for Nothing NV Pools ....

I have been pool committee chair for our pool since the 1990's. We have been using the services of NV Pools for the Kingston Chase neighborhood pool since 2008, they have provided exceptional and consistent top notch service to us every year. They have provided services from regular maintenance to major rebuilding. We make sure our pool is in top notch condition and we ensure equipment is maintained and they totally support this goal. We have hosted the Herndon Olympics for the past 12 years and they provide extra service to make sure everything is perfect for the event. I would be more than happy to discuss any issues with anyone who is considering NV Pools for their community. We have developed a very strong team relationship with this company and I fully trust them as a company up and down the organization from the President to everyone on the service team!
