All of these negative reviews are true. When I do get replies there's been nothing but empty promises and the entire organization lacks professionalism. Fortnuately, I found out all of this prior to spending money with them and supporting their business. I also think it stems far surpass the rep., Spencer, whom has been a pretty solid guy.
This company just does not want business, or they are just absolutely horrendous in business. We loved the product that was originally talked about by NATE. He told us what the minimum order was which was more than we were looking at starting with. Since we believed in the product NATE had described we decided to try and get 2 different types of toothpaste from them which would have been about $25K on our first order. This was well above the minimum order they suggested. Since that conversation they have not been able to complete the simple task of sending a sample after 4 different occasions promising it would be in the mail. After that they gave us a new sales rep, Jack. We thought this might be better but Jack does not even know how to use email at this point. Let me make sure that everyone understands that THIS WAS A PRODUCT AND FORMULA THAT THEY THEMSELVES RECOMMENDED BECAUSE IT WAS THEIRS AND THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEMS!!!!!! This is exactly why everyone keeps doing business with China. I guess now we will take the idea THEY had and have a Chinese company manufacture it for us. THANKS FOR THE GREAT IDEAS NUTRIX. I guess you are good for something.
RUN FROM WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY WILL NOT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONES THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME.
Pay attention to the negative reviews, because they are true. I read them prior to going there and I'm cautiously optimistic, but, I should've heeded these warnings. It's a miracle if they answer the phone!
If you like the run-around, non-performance and double talk, this is the place for you. There's plenty of manufacturers out there, I would NOT recommend this one.
My partnership with Nutrix has been amazing, we have sold over 1 million tubes together. They have the most amazing natural formulas. Ken has been great to work with, any issue that comes up is met with honesty and a quick response to solve the problem. Nutrix as a company is always trying to improve their processes and quality which I truly appreciate.
I have been working with Nutrix for almost two years and they are my most reliable supplier. Like any small company, there have definitely been growing pains but Nutrix is dedicated to solving the issues. They have a great R&D staff, willing to help with all my crazy ideas! My sales person is someone I consider a partner in growing my business. I couldn't do it without him. And every time I visit I'm treated like family. I look forward to their continued growth and improvements and being a part of the team.
My friend chose to work this company, and it has been a horrible experience for them. The company has the worst customer service, and you can clearly tell all the 5 star reviews are fake as they are all from the same city the company is based in (salt lake city) where as clients tend to be from other cities. I do strongly urge not to go with this company or at least do extensive research before proceeding to go with them.
I just would like to let you all know your potential customers are looking at these reviews and are turning away. I was looking for a wholesaler and your reviews are awful. I will have to take my business elsewhere, unfortunately.
Have been waiting on a response from my representative for months now. When the samples are finally done and sent to me for inspection they seem to be fine but it's the waiting and lack of correspondence that really stinks. Not sure if it's because Nutrix is a very small and under staffed operation or they don't really care once they have your money in hand.
We ve been trying to get In touch with someone and can t get an emailed response or call back. From looking at the reviews it seems they are doing us a favor and we will be moving on from this company.
We are extremely happy with how our toothpaste turned out. Would recommend!
