I want to thank the team at Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac. From purchasing my vehicle from Ron moran sales associate explaining everything about the car to Andy Ochoa dealership manager following up to make my wife and I comfortable at all times just went the extra mile. Luke the finance manager took his time and made it so we understood everything. I had to return a couple of days later for a brake adjustment and Brad the service associate was just a great as the rest of the team. Earnhardt Cadillac Service Department is the only place I will ever take my vehicle. They have NEVER disappointed me. They have proven to be through and honest. I have worked with 2 Service advisors, Nick and Aaron both have been awesome, they have kept me posted on the Service as well as applied coupons towards the final bill, that I didn t know about. To add the icing to the cake, the vehicle is returned to me washed and vacuumed. Their prices are comparable with other Service Departments and you will have peace of mind, that the job was done and done right, no extra unnecessary services were added to pad the bill. Brad and Nick are the best! Overall service department is honest, efficient, and go above and beyond to resolve issues. Had taken my Cadillac to the dealership where it was purchased and they had quoted me several thousands of dollars for work that needed to be done for parts that don't even exist on my car. I called Brad, had my car removed from the other dealership and he and Nick had identified what needed to be done correctly and also resolved other issues created at the other place. All around, stand up, good gents. It is nice to have service from individuals with integrity and clearly have pride in what they do.
I own a 2014 Cadillac CTS coupe and use Earnhardt Cadillac and Earnhardt Chevrolet for our other 2 vehicles we own and have always gotten superb friendly and professional service from these to dealerships and highly recommend these dealerships. I had some warranty work on my new Cadillac XT5. Not wanted since it was new, but nothing is perfect. It was a controller unit that sends signals to the steering system for staying in a driving lane. It had indications that it sometimes didn't see the lanes. Earnhardt's ensured it was fixed correctly. Even though it took 2 days to complete the service. I felted wanted and needed and cared for as a customer. Really, as a consumer that is what I am looking for and Earnhardt delivered on that again. Great job to all of you!
By far some of the best service I've received. Took my car in for service and the staff was helpful, efficient, & speedy. The lobby area was clean with snacks, coffee, and comfy seating. Nick, the service manager got me into a sweet loaner car for the day. My service advisor Aaron was in constant communication with me and made sure everything was explained. Always great to work with Earnhardt Cadillac. In fact, I just purchased my 3rd Cadillac from them. I am old enough to know sales games and pressures to complete a sale. More importantly, I don't want to be bothered with any sales tactics. That's why I love coming to Earnhardt's. They treat me like an adult with responsibilities and they do not pressure.
