Great place to work. They aren't perfect and don't expect you to be perfect either. As long as you are willing to be adaptive and communicate everything that the company has to offer far outweighs the cons..
Where can I start from start to finish or actually to this point it has been a very great experience the trucks are great the people Are Awesome and I love the sign on bonus and the guarantee pay the office to me looks like a country vacation home more than a terminal and you can't ask for more with a company that you work for and they are definitely all about family and faith and that's a nice change from what I've been used to I would highly recommend Nussbaum to any new driver or a driver with years under his belt just call and talk to Saige she was a great recruiter and did not steer me wrong and told me everything up front which is very different!!
Nussbaum is a great place to work. Very christian oriented company. I am not very public with my faith. Working here I feel as if this is what God has planned for me since I was a child.

I am so happy to work for Nussbaum. Now I am eager to hop in the truck and go. It just feels great. Compared to my last job, I have lots of home time now. I go 2 days one week and 3 days the next and nice normal 2 day weekend, actually it amounts to nearly 3 days if you count the hours from stop to start with the truck. Home family time is extremely important to me and Nussbaum makes that possible. So, with all the extra time now, I am always happy to help out filling in for another driver when needed. That's what I love about Nussbaum, we all look out for each other. Great people, great communication and great purpose. Now I have a nice steady income and our bank account has been growing back up every week since I started with Nussbaum.
I will be pleased to work for Nussbaum for as long as they will have me. And when the time comes, I would be honored to eventually retire as a Nussbaum driver. Thank you Nussbaum and may God bless you.
Driver seems to need to barrel through workzone on I 70 westbound, tailgating, doing 62 in a 55.. Maybe he'll pay restitution when he kills a construction worker
The hole experience has been good from the beginning. Saige did not sugar coat anything everything she told you was worse case scenario. Orientation was like you were with friends not coworkers. The culture is completely different. Everyone has the same mindset, and nobody takes that I m in charge mentality, you are literally the captain of your own ship. Highly recommend you take your chances the opportunity will not disappoint.
