I lived in Saddlebrook Apartments in East Point, GA from 2013-2014. They let the trash buildup and sit outside of the garbage bin where tenants were instructed to take the trash which lead to roaches, and other critters. Pest control was a joke. But overall the neighborhood was quiet, and neighbors were nice and friendly. Ended my lease on good terms, did the final walkthrough with the property manager, and she commented that the apartment was "move-in ready" it was so clean, and yet 6 years later I have yet to receive my security deposit. I've called, left messages, emailed, everything that you could think of and still no response. I have my walkthrough list signed and dated by the property manager at the time I turned in my keys, all of my correspondence with Nurock Company and its associates, and even my bank statement showing what I paid and never received my security deposit. Nurock is a shady business. Please take this as a warning, and do not move into any of their properties.

I wish i could give a 0. I moved out their property over a month ago and still have not received my deposit back. The manager Marcus at the property who is utterly disgusting told me that it was sent to me on the 25th of June and nothing has ever reached me. I have called over 10 times with no answer. Also dont bother calling the number they keep saying call. Its voicemail system and auto hangs up. No one will call you back. I'm in the process of filing lawsuit.

I have been trying to get back my refundable deposit I sent to one of their apartment properties in Corinth, Texas since August 2020 after I decided not to lease with them after all. The property itself has told me they are not responsible for returning deposits, corporate is, and they directed me to this number. However, every time I ve tried to call, the number automatically hangs up on me and I am never able to reach anyone. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional and horrible. I am entitled to my REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT and these people purposefully ignore their customers. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!

This company does not care about their tenants well being. There properties are still smoking properties. What is if there is a fire, what is cancer run in your family or what if your just don't want cancer at all. I did not consent to being or having any family being a second hand smoker. And because I said something to property management now there is retaliation about rules reminders.

I ve lived on this property in Fort Worth, Texas for over two years and the property manager Brandy is very rude and disrespectful to the residences and violates residence rights frequently; entering peoples apartments without proper notice and permission. As well as removing property from residence apartments after office hours in the middle of the night (which was my elderly neighbors at the time). I was at work on July, 24, 2020 I am a leasing agent for apartment complexes as well, my daughters age 15 and her younger sister was Home and Brandy enter my apartment without knocking and came upstairs where my children was Lounging; they were terrified! I have cameras at my front door; She just entered without permission during the coronavirus epidemic..I called her to discuss the situation about my children being terrified of a stranger being in my home which was herself and she proceeded to tell me that she do not have to call me and tell me anything. I told her that if they needed to enter my apartment while my children are at home that I would need a phone call first so that I m aware and she told me that is not how things will go! I will be moving soon. I don t feel comfortable at this point.

They raised the rent at a senior community during a pandemic. Yet they have closed the pool and all amenities so their expenses have gone way down. I think this is illegal.
Elevators are often down. Sometimes both at once. The parking garage stops at the 4th floor so people on 5 6 and 7 are stranded in their apartment. There are lots of handicapped people. Very poor construction of a beautiful building. It s too bad.
Very bad communication with residents. We never know what s going on
The office staff try to help but their hands are tied.

I applied for a unit at one of their properties here in GA. I was told to call back in 2 days, when I did, I was told there was more info they needed. I sent it, a week later same thing and that was the pattern for nearly 2 weeks. NOT ONCE did they contact me FOR ANY REASON and as I type this it has been almost 3 WEEKS and I have yet to hear a word. I have called and called and I am very disappointed in the lack of communication or follow through on their part. I even expressed to them that my situation was urgent and was urged that my application would be expedited. That was a week ago. If this is the service I get as a potential resident I am extremely leery of the way I would be treated as a resident. Being that I never heard a word after all that I really feel like the fee I paid to apply to this community should be refunded to me.

The manager is unprofessional and rude not sure how someone with poor customer service skills holds a management position says a lot about the company don t move here!!! Hidden Creste Apartments Atlanta, GA

This leasing office managers you have on a specific property named Hidden Creste located in Atlanta, Ga. they handled everything in a unprofessional manner to where they wanted to alter my tax information to where it would meet the requirements to move in when in actual fact all my paperwork and tax information was fine enough to be accepted into what was to be my future home, all three of the women in that office tried to juggle and handle my application in three separate ways. Over the course of weeks, I would receive a call to ask me a question I had a answered prior to the call multiple times.
This is by far the worst form of management I have seen in a very long time and someone needs to get that property and it s staff in order.
