I absolutely loved this place. The breakfast is phenomenal (but $$$ if you don t have status). I would recommend staying in an overwater bungalow. The lagoonarium is pretty spectacular. Make sure you bring your own snorkels. Also, make sure you make reservations at the French restaurant in ADVANCE. They screwed up my room service order and didn t take it off the invoice which was annoying as far as a customer service experience goes.

My only advice is to obtain IHG status or get the IHG credit card if you plan on staying here. I don t have high IHG status, and we were rushed out of our water bungalow (even after I had requested a late checkout). I could see this as a potential issue if someone decides to stay here on their honeymoon with no status.

Bring a reusable water bottle if you plan on staying here. Otherwise you will be paying $9 for water on the property. I filled up my water bottle at the gym and used the $9 toward fun drinks at the pool bar. You worked too hard to save for this trip of a lifetime. Don t waste it on water :)

The place is very well placed. 5 mins from the airport. They do not provide any toothbrush which is strange. Also the water pressure is very weak so you need to patience to shower. Fruits and snacks are provided as complementary. Staff are friendly and you can reach them via the phone. Nice resort to relax in. Breakfast is rather normal not as nice as other intercontinental hotels.

Wonderful hotel very convenient to the airport and the port where we caught our cruise ship touring the islands of French Polynesia. The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient. The facilities were first rate. Our room was good sized and in great working order. Breakfast while expensive was very good. Would try to get it into our price next time.

The island of Tahiti is a pearl of its own. The resort itself has nothing but views to offer. The bungalows are a bit overpriced, and would not suggest this if you are not a strong swimmer. I wish the staff would have made us aware. Otherwise, the resort doesn t have much to offer in terms of food, service or activities. I would suggest if you plan on staying here, get your food, snacks and drinks at one of the local grocery stores called Carrefour. There was inconsistency and concerns shared with the staff and management which have gone unaddressed. Use this resort as a getaway but nothing else. Not honeymoon worthy, not birthday worthy, not anniversary worthy; just a resort with views!

Nice hotel, nice room, the pools are great. My only concern would be the breakfast, it seems big but at the end not everything taste good. Except that it s very good and close to the airport. The Lotus restaurant is amazing good. Overall good experience.

Great location and ambience.

Great location and ambience.
This resort/spa has many facilities such as restaurants, bars, shops, dive center, swimming pool etc...
No dock available for cruisers to park their dinghy is a down side.
No pets allowed.
Clean and pleasant resort.
