I ve lived on this property in Fort Worth, Texas for over two years and the property manager Brandy is very rude and disrespectful to the residences and violates residence rights frequently; entering peoples apartments without proper notice and permission. As well as removing property from residence apartments after office hours in the middle of the night (which was my elderly neighbors at the time). I was at work on July, 24, 2020 I am a leasing agent for apartment complexes as well, my daughters age 15 and her younger sister was Home and Brandy enter my apartment without knocking and came upstairs where my children was Lounging; they were terrified! I have cameras at my front door; She just entered without permission during the coronavirus epidemic..I called her to discuss the situation about my children being terrified of a stranger being in my home which was herself and she proceeded to tell me that she do not have to call me and tell me anything. I told her that if they needed to enter my apartment while my children are at home that I would need a phone call first so that I m aware and she told me that is not how things will go! I will be moving soon. I don t feel comfortable at this point.
