Came for a dental cleaningDentist was very informative and hygienist was gentle!

Was convenient location in Jackson Heights. Would recommend to friends/family if anyone is looking for a dentist.

Woke on saturday 6/6 with a bad infection on right side of my mouth, called Dr Nunez office to schedule emergency appointment, was prompltly answered / scheduled, by 2 pm i had tooth exctracted , infection treated and was medicated and on my way home. More important, painless and very well treated. I left the office a VERY happy camper. definitely recommend.

I had an amazing time at this dental office. The staff was very attentive of my needs, guided me through every process, explained the hows and whys of the treatments I got. It s absolutely clean and accessible.

Today I had my cleaning done, it was a wonderful experience. I usually have discomfort during the cleaning because I have sensitive teeth, but today the hygienist was very delicate, gentle and careful.
All the personnel are friendly and courteous.

Customer service and quality of dental work is superb, but if your appoinment is at 1:00 pm, you will be seen approximately 30 minutes later.

I was a lot of tooth pain on vacation and needed to find a dentist on a Saturday in Queens. Luckily, I found Dr. Nunez because she was amazing. One of the best experiences I ve had with a dentist ever. Very clean office and friendly staff. The doctor who did my root canal was also very efficient and thorough. So glad I found a GOOD regular dentist near my apartment!

I live in the Bronx and didn't mind traveling out to Queens. What struck me was how politely they treated me over the phone. The operator was warm, and was able to figure out what I needed to suggest accordingly. I have a fear of dental offices, but once I went to my first visit I felt super comfortable. Very attentive staff, you never feel like they're rushing you out to see their next patients. My first visit was very informative something that I have missed when visiting other dental offices. Overall my experience at Nunez Dental has been AMAZING! I highly recommend it. If you're unsure/scared like I was, just put that aside and don't waste time. They are the best!

What can I say ...I needed a tooth extracted and was in severe pain . They took me in the same day which I was happy about . By 1 pm I was taken in inside and X-rays were taken right away. Too my surprise they were ready to proceed with the extraction . I m the biggest baby when it comes to dentist but I have to say say the staff is so friendly ... you almost feel like they are your family . Like an aunt is there holding your hand . The extraction was so quick that I literally laughed in joy . No question I will recommend this place to anyone , you will be very very pleased .

When I first seek for a dentist to do Invisalign for me, they told me that I can't have Invisalign and I should just get braces. But I never wanted to get braces. Luckily, I was able to find this place and they're able to cater my case and told me that They can do Invisalign for me. I'll be starting in a few and I'm excited. Wish I found this place few years back.

I also love Stephanie. She's so friendly and she made sure I'm comfortable during my initial cleaning. All my fears from dentists are gone because of her. She asks me every now and then if I'm okay and made sure that I'm doing fine. I didnt feel any pain during my cleaning.

George is also nice. He explained my Invisalign program very well. He also helped me setup my payment plan. He made sure I understood everything and ensure me that I will love the Invisalign program.

Overall, I love this place. All the staff are very friendly, warm and welcoming. Their clinic is very neat too. Finally, I found a Dental Clinic where I can go on a regular basis. Really2 satisfied and looking forward to do my Invisalign program.

I can say that I really enjoyed my experience here. From the minute I called to book an appointment, they are constantly trying to keep up with you to make sure you get your appointment handled. When I got in, I received nothing but good positivity vibes from everyone. Afterwards, when I got my teeth checked out, they take their time to thoroughly check out your teeth to make sure they are well. I would definitely recommend you to try it out if you re looking for a spot to get your teeth checked out.

If there would be more stars to rate this awesome dentist office i would put 10 stars, no just for the comfortability of the place, but because there they will treat you special, and the personal that works there, from the secretaries to the doctors, they will always show their support and attention, plus they are really clean. Me particularly after i start my Invisalign process i not just trust them but i enjoy my visits. Now i love going to the dentist. Thank you for all the professionalism and for always find a way when it becomes to make people dental care and smile better.

Great service! They were able to help me and change my appointment due to the pain I had and took care of me right away. They make you feel at home. Felt much better after treatment and even gave me medication for after. Totally recomendable.

Very friendly, very attentive to your appointment ... but when it comes to honesty, we try to cancel a charge in less than 24 hours ... just hours to do it, and I was 3 hours in the office so everyone could hear my situation, it took more than an hour to create a letter to cancel the service and so, they charged me 1,000 for a cancellation that they could not detail. Yes, I work very well, but their clients lack honesty for more than 6 years. They charged me 1,000 but lost a good patient, who has brought more than 4 patients to his clinic.

I have always had an excellent experience, for that reason I continue to choose them as my dental office. Today I did my cleaning with Leah and she has a very soft hand, they are all very kind and everything is very clean! I will continue to bring my family. Thanks for everything!!

I feel terrible but I have to be honest and say they are not into helping patients primarily but meeting quotas. Employees are good people but it seems like they are forced to think more of the amount they make for the office vs the treatment the patients actually need and can afford. The doctor shows the lack of enthusiasm after you decline to pay them or after the credit line is declined as my cousin shared it with me after she was declined from their payment options. I hope this review can allow you guys to rethink of your strategies and approaches. My husband has been very dissatisfied for how he spent there over $10k and after all the dental work was bad and another dentist ended up removing their work and redoing it all. You can tell easily that since money is the key factor here you guys invest more on learning sales pitch than clinical skills. Once again, I apologize to their staff because I can tell they are just following protocols and office procedures and at the end of the day they have to survive but employers must take responsibility on this matter and change the entire culture they have created. Don t pressure employees as much we are all able to see that. Instead pressure doctors to improve their skills. My husband saw dr Nunez.

I really recommend this place because their staff is great and the service is the best. I just did another cleaning and I had a successful result ... They are the best 09/18/2020
