This place is great, the receptionist are very welcoming and the doctors are great had my wisdom teeth removed and it was so fast and not as painful. The lady's that attend you are also very nice and they are very thoughtful they really do care about their customers smile.

I've spent around $3000 in 2015 and 2016 doing many procedures. After doing a dental filing, a piece of tooth fell out (in less than a week) so I came back and the doctor fixed it. In 2017 while I was in Spain, another piece of the SAME tooth fell out again. So, now that I am back in New York, went to the office and spoke to the "supervisor" at the front desk. She told me, and I quote: "eight filings were done that day, and only one fell out so..." So just because ONE of the fillings was damage and fell out TWICE, then it makes it ok?. After this, I asked if I could have a word with the doctor but the supervisor said she was busy.



TWICE I had a problem with the same tooth. First time happened in the same week I had the procedure done and second time happened after a few months. I was out of the country and wanted to come back and see my doctor but it was a big mistake. I trusted them and invested a lot of money doing different procedures but in a short time, my tooth was damaged and the "supervisor" said the only thing I could do, was to pay the consultation fee. Once again I quote, "In order for the doctor to know what can be done, she has to open your mouth and check, so you have to pay the fee". This is the solution the supervisor at the front desk offered me. No apologies.

I live in Manhattan and found Nunez Dental through a Google Search. I don t mind the commute because the service is outstanding and highly professional, and I ve been visiting for the past year. They have done cavity work on my teeth and I m currently on Invisalign. I really appreciate the welcoming smiles from Derly, Stephanie, Jorge, Daniela, and of course Dr. Nunez. Highly recommended.

I've been coming here for over a year and a half and can say that I love the quality of their work and professionalism. I also love the convenience of the location. It's down the block from several train stations and busses. I've had several treatments here. I've had a root canal, filling of cavities and most recently Invisalign. Today I had my teeth cleaned and my hygienist was thorough and gentle which can be a difficult combination to find. All reasonably priced. As I said before, I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

It was my first time to the dentist in years and I was treated with great professionalism and compassion. I had alot of work done and they, every step of the way, clearly explained the entire process. I will recommend them all my friends and family.

Everyone in the office has been very attentive and very formal, the hygenist did a good job, I explain everything well. Catalina explained to me very well the value of the treatment 100% recommended.

As soon as I walked into the door I was greeted by a friendly group of ladies at the front desk. They took down my information and even offered me some coffee. The doctor and her staff were also very helpful and friendly, they calmed me down because I do have a fear of going to the dentist. But I walked out very happy! The staff really took great care of me. I definitely recommend Nunez Dental to my friends and family. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Nunez Dental and their wonderful staff!

These guys are great! The office itself is lively, unlike many dentists I've visited before. They really seem to care about you and want you to feel better. They really make you feel welcome and important. It's just great!

Excellent attention Every time I come I don't have to wait long and the staff is friendly.

I originally came in for a teeth cleaning promotion, Dr.Nunez recommend I get invasalign to straighten an over bite issue which I didn't think much of. Fast forward a year later the treatment straighten my teeth beautiful however the customer service provided by the front desk was not efficient and at times rude. I had to keep calling for over 2 months following up on my final treatment which were my retainers, only to get a run around that I need to keep waiting. I paid a total of 5,300 and on top of that after I received my retainers to wear for the next 4 years (one per year), I would need to pay extra to continue this lifelong treatment to keep my teeth straighten in which they could not give me a price on saying it varies. This was never mentioned to me only after I signed the release form. Sure after my teeth look great and I spent so much money, I now have to worry about paying more to keep my teeth this straight for the rest of my life. Like I said, my teeth look great but the overall experience was not so pleasant. I will not bother coming back to them, I feel like they are money hungry trying to push this expensive treatment without fully explaining the lifelong commitment in detail.
