Had I reviewed this a month ago I'd have given it a 5 but I regret their handling of an oversight on both of our part that, had they merely taken even the slightest responsibility for it I may even have been a bit more generous in the ratings.

Short story is they forgot exterior door trim to match the other door and instead went with no trim to match the windows -while theres a trimmed door 10' away on the same wall!

When I called there attention to it, the response was, effectively it's not in the contract.

While I don't disagree, I rely on my designer and contractor to point out the nuances and let me know so I can make the decision . They're professionals who design all the time. As a homeowner with a million new inputs coming at me in the design, they had the obligation to call out the difference. They did not.

Now, after the fact I would have been more than happy to split any difference accepting some responsiblity but instead they washed their hands of me.

While they're right, it's hardly a professional response for a company who relies on high customer satisfaction.

I wasn't looking for free, I was looking for fair.
