I sent 5 emails, 3 phone calls and spent countless hours trying to order a missing part for a Beam central vacuum we purchased from them at one of our rental property our company manages. If you buy a central vacuum from them, you better hope a part doesn't break as they've ignored our numerous attempts to respond. We are now forced to buy a new central vacuum system as other brand's parts aren't compatible with the 1 plastic piece we need... It's unfortunate they wouldn't take the time to sell us 1 small part after all these attempts.

It was a frustrating experience to try to reach someone (took 2 days and many hours on the phone). When I finally heard back from someone, they said they would help expedite the warranty and repair of our vacuum. Brought the vacuum in to the repair shop that Nuera recommended, and the repair shop has been waiting for 2 weeks to receive any communication or confirmation from Nuera Air that the repairs can begin. Will not deal with this company in the future. Extremely poor customer service.

Rude staff. Upon calling on Friday the lady on the other side said your order has been dispatched. I called again on Monday to get the tracking, she said you will get an email with tracking once your product is shipped.
