I was referred by the Microsoft store to purchase software. After two full weeks of trying to communicate, I could not get a straight answer as to if I could purchase the software and how quickly I could have it. After a week of spiratic communication, I eventually got no response. Radio silence for a full week. Extremely dissatisfied with the service that I received. Neil was nice over the phone but could not be bothered to follow up with a customer.
I had a chance to work with Larry one of the senior engineers on a VMWare to Hyper V conversion with a W2003 Active Directory to W2012 Active Directory migration. I have worked with many IT companies in the past and this experience was perfect. There were no issues the next day! Everyone could log in and the virtual servers migrated from VMWare to Hyper V worked perfectly. Larry also set the teaming correctly on the HP Proliant server so that the four NICs on it bound together correctly and work as one even though the are attached to just a regular level 2 switch. So just all in all, they perform at a very high level.
