I was referred by the Microsoft store to purchase software. After two full weeks of trying to communicate, I could not get a straight answer as to if I could purchase the software and how quickly I could have it. After a week of spiratic communication, I eventually got no response. Radio silence for a full week. Extremely dissatisfied with the service that I received. Neil was nice over the phone but could not be bothered to follow up with a customer.
