This place was huge with no proper signage. Remember to ask the vendor you are visiting on which entrance to take (if you are driving). Spent close to 15-20mins going up and down looking for the store.

Went to Sin Boon bike shop and the salesman was so rude, I'm not sure how other bike user felt!!

You can park outdoors. May be easier than driving up.

All is well with this place. Friend has a biz here come and support. Oh ya the hardware shop downstairs is so freaking cool. Hornbills and arowana.

A great place to swing by for a quick breakfast or lunch. Free parking but you do need some luck. Otherwise, a short wait is necessary. Anyway, the crowd here don't park their cars too long. There's about 4 Coffee shops here of which, my personal perference, the one facing the main road (Admiralty Road West) & the corner shop facing the inner road entrance are the best.

There is not really a lot of shops there and the food generally tastes well and the serving is a lot!
