Called me at 8:30 pm on a weekday, a bit unprofess...
Called me at 8:30 pm on a weekday, a bit unprofessional. Don't care if this is included in the Do Not Call Registry. That alone is sketch enough to not pick up.

What an annoying company. They called daily for about 2 weeks even though I'm on the Canadian Do Not Call list. I answered it a few times but no one is there.
these scum are no good they keep calling even though my number is on the do not call list
Research orientated call centre. Best place for students to work.
Can you guys stop calling me like I've been getting calls once a day.
Despite being on the do not call list we received a call with a recorded message. They don't seem to care if you are on the do not call list or not. We also have a non published number but somehow these people have it. I wouldn't do any business with this company.
I ve been working here since december (on and off) and the other reviews really get the reviews right. It s a good place to work since the hours are ridiculously flexible, however my shifts are cancelled often due to work shortages. The other employees there are actually really interesting and fun to talk to. The floor managers are really nice too. The work itself definitely gets boring, but that s what you expect from a call centre.
I really enjoyed working at Access Research. The supervisors and monitors were super friendly! The work is easy, flexible and fun! What I really liked about this call centre was that we weren't telemarketers. We were just getting people to complete surveys! The pay is minimum wage $11.50 and sometimes you get bonus too depending on your performance. I used to get atleast 50$ bonus or sometimes less biweekly. I was very satisfied working at access research. I enjoyed it a lot . The best thing was that it was closer to Tim Hortons :) . After talking to so many people over the phone, a coffee is a must! Overall, the environment was pretty good. I would recommend anyone to work at this call centre ..
Did a short survey. Wasn't that bad but from all the reviews I read, I really don't want to be swarmed by their calls either.
They called my number and it's on the do not call list.
This company does not respect the CRTC do not call list
Have added myself at least 5 times to their do not call list yet these spamming douchebags continue to call me. Bad enough they have called with racially fueled surveys bashing immigrants, asking if we should deport them all. This group is a shady group that does surveys and cold call. If you answer your phone they will start spamming you weekly with surveys, if you put your number on their do not call list they will continue to call you and sell your number to other shady call centers
Most boring place to work. Please do not work here.
Business is also known as Forum research. They call multiple times a day and leave blank voice mail messages. It's disgusting that firms like this are exempt from the DNC list.
Zero Stars. But it won't let me post unless I select at least one. Seriously?! An automated call to an unlisted phone number on Sunday. Not to mention it is the Thanksgiving long weekend. Bullshit.
I do not appreciate being called on a Friday night. Let alone unsolicited when I gave no permission to be called for market research.
If I called you whilst you were watching a movie and told you to answer a bunch of unrelated questions you'd be upset too.
And then when I have to go to your website to unsubscribe from something I never subscribed to?
And then, after all that, you still continue to call?
Go away.
It's a great place to work if it's your first job. Friendly staff. The hours are the biggest perk since you get to schedule your own shifts. It s truly a job for an introvert. You ll be sitting at a cubicle for hours without any human interaction in real life. You ll get over this job real quick.
just answer no the first question where they ask if you are over 19. fastest way to get on DNC lis
I put myself as do not call on their antiquated website, still getting calls.
Scam artists, that call despite being on the no call list. don't trust anything from these parasites.
Won't stop calling me with automated messages. I tried going to the "Do not call FAQ" section of their site multiple times but it is ALWAYS down.
They called me on a Sunday morning (my only day off btw).
Calling me repeatedly on my cell phone will NOT get me to cooperate. How did you even get this number? BUZZ OFF
Its been over a month that I'm harrassed many times a day by their phone calls and each time I pick-up the line it hangup on their side.
Very annoying spam calls!!
**Edit**
After navigating through their poorly made website I found the "Do not call" section in the "contact us" one and the calls stopped after completing the steps.
What a dreadful company and a dreadful way to make money. It makes you wonder what type of people run these places - scum of the earth. Does anybody know how to track them down. Lets see if someone can make it a little more pesonal for them......
These idiots called me this morning at 5:10am Not appreciated. Lose my &%!!$?** number. No Stars, but I had to mark at least one just to post. The do not call feature doesn do anything. No choice now except to unplug my home phone when we go to bed. Thanks for nothing Ass-Reachers
Had the block the number from calling me. Think they are dancing a thin grey line. Wont be around long..
If I could leave a zero I would, I've repeatedly told them to stop calling me and went through their online "do not call" system and still they won't stop calling me.
people need to understand that the do not call list only applies to telemarketing. research/surveys and stuff are not included. And if you wish to not be bothered, ask them politely to remove your name from their private calling list. It is not the interviewer fault if he wakes you up at 8pm... he is just doing his job, to pay his rent. No one likes to work in a call center, but sometimes it's better than nothing. Anyway, the is a bad job to have but the staff is incredibly nice.. It's really hard on a personal level to always feel like you are bothering people. Sometimes you get to talk with some who are feeling lonely and you can brighten up their day.
Calling after 8 pm on a weeknight, seriously!! I have kids that until this call were almost almost asleep but not anymore and all for a dead line? Not happy
Would love it if you would stop spamming my phone with daily calls. Thanks.
Spam to the limit. Do you kit follow the Do not call list protocol?
They did research on elections. I wasn't eligible to vote but answered questions just to get rid of them. Terrible business.
This is a dishonest company. We should not tolerate this kind of entreprise.
I am on the national do not call list, and they have called me numerous times.
Yet another automated dialing service that will not leave me alone, even though I am on the national do not call list.
A typical call centre (outbound) , hiring people for minimum wage . Customers usually deny to talk because it's a survey call.
Such an annoying firm. Calls daily. Leaves annoying voicemail messages. Should be investigated by government.
Worked here for a few months back in 2015, while I desperately looked for another one. Some of the managers were very nice people and I made quite a few friends, however this job was BORINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG. I absolutely hated every single minute working here. It was a job where you literally look at the clock every single minute. What is good about the job is the flexibility. It is so amazing. You choose your own shifts and as long as you give 48 hours in advance to cancel, it's totally okay. Amazing. But again, this job is super boring. Non-stop calling and talking to some very, very, rude people. So glad I left. Again, some managers were very nice and descent people while others, don't even get me started.
It's part time and you choose what shift you want to work. Another thing I like is that it's conveniently located to either St. George or Museum station. What I can also add is that you choose what time you want your break at during your shift (as long as it is within the rules they specified). The last good thing that I can add is that there is a kitchen with everything that you might need (fridge, clean microwave, table to eat meal at). The washroom is a bit small but it's manageable (you go there to work and not spend time on the toilet anyway).
