The college has no placement they give fake promise in time of admission.

Most worst depertment is MBA Dept

College area is very bad.don't get admission in this college. Choose other good college in durgapur. rather than NSHM.

Not a good place to give TOEFL . Keyboard didn't worked at all.Nobody assisted when asked for help. There is little space between the systems.

It was in deed the biggest mistake of my life to admit my 19 years old daughter by admitting her B.Sc Media Science. Worst faculty & no study materials to study at home even before exam. I doubt how much my daughter will learn after 3 long years of study. The admission counselors are all into money making & giving wrong jazz at the time of admission - the real picture comes in front when the actual classes starts.

I'm interested in hospital management course..Is NSHM is a good college for hospital management? What's about placement?

Hi Friends! I am a drop out of NSHM Kolkata Campus 2013 undergraduate , I am writing my review based on my experience during my short stay at NSHM .If you want to be successful in ur career , and wish to accomplish your goals in life, then this college is definitely NOT !! the right choice, please dont make the mistake of getting into dis college as they make false promises.They have an ENTRANCE TEST JUST FOR FORMALITY and THEN YOU R SELECTED and their MAIN AIM IS TO ATTRACT AND BETRAY as many students as they want .If you dont hav fund & when u ask for extra time for payment of fees they say WE HAVE ONLY 20 SEATS FOR THIS COURSE! ,but instead they have MORE THAN 90 SEATS for each course,they KEEP THE ADMISSION PROCESS OPEN untill EACH seat is filled , they don't refund your money incase u hav to leave the college, in the PROSPECTUS they put the BEST SHOT OF CAMPUS , to make u feel that it has a very good infrastructure, but the real condition is just VICE- VERSA .The HOSTEL(which is in an even worse condition) IS NOT WITHIN THE CAMPUS, about which u will be INFORMED AFTER ADMISSION.EACH Class has 80 STUDENTS. The FOOD is NOT GOOD of either College or Hostel , In Terms of Placements this college is A BIG ZERO! It is affiliated to WBUT , which is again a private college nad has some useless add on courses , that would never help us in life. Rest ITS YOUR FUTURE, so u need to decide , what's good and what's bad . I left this college bcoz I REALISED THAT I WAS RUINING MY CAREER. And atlast do remember If u are at the so called "NSHM KNOWLEDGE CAMPUS" u hav to face ragging!.

NSHM Knowledge campus is a Tire 4 Engineering+Management+Science collage of West bengal.its a private collage affiliated under WBTU.i basically know about the engineering and Management part of this college. So here I'm going to devide my review in pros and cons:
Admission process:For engineering:WBJEE/AIEEE/MANAGEMENT QUOTA/DIRECTLY THROUGH BOARD RESULT
PROS(GOOD THINGS):
(1)Average campus(as like other Tire 4 collages)
(2)decent Infrastructure & labs
(3)Most of the branches are available here.specially for B.tech
(4)Admission procedure is very easy
CONS:
(1)location of this collage is a great problem.its not in the main road.
(2)Faculties are not good
(3)Faculties are not very supportive.sometimes they are very rude
(4)Class rooms are not air conditioning(it's a private collage with huge fees)
(5)Fees are not reasonable(90k per year)
(6)No good placements opportunities (ave pack 1.5-2 LPA, 40-50% got placed)
(7)I heard that pharmacy section also not good here.
(8)Hostel facilities are also not good

This collage didn't give you a good feedback.spending a lots of amount here isn't reasonable.Dont come here just for the fame of engineers and placements.

As a place I can say about..good environment, nic,kozy..but as an Institute, I shldnt write a letter....

Chose this college for my daughter but it was the worst decision ever made. College faculty are not at all helpful. Behavior of professors are very rude , nor is the environment of the college soo friendly all i would suggest that don't waste ur parents hard earned money in such an institution.

It's a good place to make good friends and memories and infrastructure is really good but some main problems are very much there

Very bad education system .....once a class per week
The course fee was very high and they take more than that ...you are not taking admission in the college you are buying the degree.....and forgot about learning

Chose this college for my sister,who is currently doing her graduation here.
One of the worst decisions taken to admit her here.There are no classes held.Hardly teachers come to class.Faculty is very poor.
The college is only interested in conducting events and parties,and literally forcing students to fund for the same irrespective of whether they are invited or not.
Through my personal experience would suggest that dont waste your parents hard earned money in such an institute.There are many other institutes which actually are way way better.

Currently I am pursuing B.Sc Culinary Science...totally a brand new course in the race...this course is totally about food making and food science which is very much important for a chef...this course is suitable for people who are ready to work in kitchen and want to become a chef no matter what...orelse one can go for B.Sc in hospitality and hotel management course...which is quite vast...but this course will only emphasize on the food production, food nutrition and kitchen of a hotel...I am enjoying my course as I always wanted to become a chef...they also have great connections with good hotels...students are sent for VOCATIONAL TRAINING in their first year so that students get a rough idea how a hotel works or the kitchen works and INDUSTRIAL TRAINING in their second year..
So I will obviously suggest new students who are willing to be a chef should join this course and make your dream come true..
And yes whoever wants to apply for loan our college totally help student and arrange one loan for them...so not worry and contact now

NSHM Kolkata Media education division is one of the finest Media Education center. B.Sc (H) Multimedia, Animation And Graphic Design is one of the best course here which is affiliated by WBUT.
There is no other courses in WBUT In animation and graphics , where a large number of job can be easily available .

The negative side is about less Domain knowledge of Animation . the problem in animation field is every institute wants average standard of faculty whom are not in depth Domain knowledge and it's affects student carrier.

Placements are none here. Technically, we got ragged in the college. Secondly they never provided any good service. They r just faking everything.

i would rate nshm 7.5/10 amongst the private colleges in eastern India considering the net avg. of all the parameters and aspects of judgement... particularly ncpt deserves 7/10.... needs a lot to improve....apart from fake claims of placement ncpt seriously needs to focus on the tie ups with the pharma companies...

Worst experience... Factually have no knowledge about anything... Wasted my 3 years here.... Give soft reminder of exam just 1 day before exam...been asking for exam notes for past 1 month still they haven't respond..... Worst college ever....don't waste money and time

probably the bet college in pharmacy. nba accredited with world class facilities and labs along with other courses like management

This a a private college. It has a nice, clean and well maintained campus.

A highly unprofessional institute with worst counselors & administration team. I was surprised when my son in his counseling session was wrongly counseled by the dumb madam. If there world have been -ve marking, I would have done that. A knowledge campus without a single knowledgeable person. CHEATERS & FRAUD institute.

Nshm knowledge campus is one of the finest colleges in Kolkata for media studies. The media faculty is extremely supportive. The curriculum is both theoretical and practical which gives a lot of exposure to the students.

NSHM Knowledge Campus is on a fast track. In ten years, NSHM Knowledge has become one of the best educational destinations in India that has successfully created industry-ready professionals, researchers and entrepreneurs. NSHM stands out in providing a wide variety of under graduate and post-graduate career courses.

This will only be applicable for TOEFL takers. The center was quite dirty and the rooms were hot. Maybe the AC wasn't working. The spaces were quite cramped. The keys of the keyboards were jammed up and it was a pain in the butt to type. Don't get scared if you get this center. Just prepare yourself for these issues so they are not an unpleasant surprise.

Also, if possible carry earplugs - not sure if they are allowed. But if they do allow them they will come in really handy as the headsets provided suck at isolation.

I went to give my TOEFL here. The people at the place are quite helpful and the systems are fine as well. The campus is overall well maintained and you will be fine if you follow the instructions well

Its my worst decision in my life.
Most negative personality type professors are here.
Quality of teaching is very poor.
Stay safe from pudi & lalima maam most worst,rude, behaviour ever.
Their knowledge is also average.
From outside you feel its a best college but from inside its a worst college in west bengal.
Stay away from fake type college ..
Mostly the quality of education is very poor.
